سیرۀ شهید سلیمانی در افزایش سرمایۀ اجتماعی نظام جمهوری اسلامی ایران با تاکید بر عنصر اعتماد

سرمایۀ اجتماعی از جملۀ سرمایه‎های کلیدی جامعه می‎باشد که سبب تسهیل امور و کارآمدی نظام سیاسی می‎گردد. یکی از مهم ترین عوامل تاثیرگذار در میزان سرمایۀ اجتماعی نظام‎های سیاسی، کمیت و کیفیت عملکرد و سیرۀ کارگزاران حکومتی است. شهیدسلیمانی از جملۀ کارگزاران برجسته و تاثیرگذار نظام جمهوری اسلامی می‎باشد که جایگاه ویژه‎ای نزد مردم ایران دارد. این مقاله در صدد است تا ویژگی‎هایی در سیرۀ شهیدسلیمانی که می‎تواند در افزایش سرمایۀ اجتماعی نظام جمهوری اسلامی ایران تاثیر داشته باشد را بررسی نماید. لذا پرسش اصلی مقالۀ حاضر این است که کدام ویژگی‎ها در سیرۀ شهیدسلیمانی می‎تواند در افزایش اعتماد عمومی و سرمایۀ اجتماعی نظام جمهوری اسلامی موثر باشد؟ نتایج پژوهش که با استفاده از روش تحلیل مضمون و روش تحلیلی‎استنباطی انجام شد، حاکی از آن است که ساده‎زیستی، صداقت و ایثارگری در سیرۀ فردی، وحدت‎گرایی، مردم‎داری و مردم‎باوری در سیرۀ اجتماعی و حفاظت از منافع ملی و امانتداری و حفاظت از بیت‎المال در سیرۀ فرماندهی و مدیریتی شهید سلیمانی، از جملۀ ویژگی‎های برجسته‎ای هستند که می‎تواند در افزایش اعتماد اجتماعی و ارتقاء سرمایۀ اجتماعی نظام جمهوری اسلامی ایران موثر واقع شوند. در پژوهش‎های بعدی می‎توان ظرفیت سیرۀ شهید سلیمانی را با توجه به دو عنصر شبکه‎ها و هنجارهای اجتماعی در افزایش سرمایۀ اجتماعی نظام جمهوری اسلامی ایران بررسی نمود.

Shahid Soleimani’s lifestyle in increasing the social capital of the Islamic Republic of Iran with emphasis on the element of trust

Social capital is one of the key assets of society that facilitates the affairs and efficiency of the political system. One of the most important factors influencing the amount of social capital of political systems is the quantity and quality of performance and biography of government agents. Shahid Soleimani is one of the prominent and influential agents of the Islamic Republic, which has a special place among the Iranian people. This article seeks to examine the characteristics of the biography of Shahid Soleimani that can increase the social capital of the Islamic Republic of Iran. Therefore, the main question of the present article is which features in the biography of Shahid Soleimani can be effective in increasing public trust and social capital of the Islamic Republic? The results of the research, which was conducted using content analysis and inferential analytical methods, indicate that simplicity, honesty and selfsacrifice in individual life, unity, democracy and populism in social life and protection of National interests and fiduciary duty and protection of the treasury in the life of Shahid Soleimani are among the prominent features that can be effective in increasing social trust and promoting the social capital of the Islamic Republic of Iran. In the next researches, the capacity of Shahid Soleimani’s biography can be examined according to the two elements of networks and social norms in increasing the social capital of the Islamic Republic of Iran.
