بایسته‌های عدالتخواهی از دیدگاه رهبر معظم انقلاب

امروزه در فضای عمومی کشور شاهد مباحث مختلفی در زمینه عدالتخواهی هستیم که گاه افراط و تفریط‌ها یا دوگانه‌های نظری مانند عدالتولایت یا عدالتمواسات نیز مشاهده می‌گردد. فهم راهبردها و سخنان رهبر معظم انقلاب در زمینه عدالتخواهی با توجه به جایگاه شرعی و سیاسی ایشان، برای عموم مردم و مخصوصاً نخبگان و فعالان عرصه عدالت و مطالبه‌گری ضروری است. مقاله حاضر به دنبال دستیابی به پاسخ این سوال است که «بایسته‌های عدالتخواهی از دیدگاه رهبر معظم انقلاب چه مواردی است؟» در این مقاله از روش تحلیل مضمون برای تحلیل سخنان رهبر انقلاب استفاده شده‌است. با اجرای مراحل این روش و با کدگذاری نقل قول‌هایی از سخنان رهبری در  باب عدالتخواهی، 121مضمون پایه، 18مضمون سازمان‌دهنده و 7مضمون فراگیر استخراج شده‌است.هفت مضمون فراگیری که از تحلیل مضمونی بایسته‌های عدالتخواهی از دیدگاه رهبری به دست آمده‌است عبارتنداز: 1عدالتخواهی مستمر و شجاعانه 2نظریه‌پردازی عدالتخواهی مبتنی بر تعالیم اسلامی 3گفتمان‌سازی عدالتخواهی 4عدالتخواهی معنویت‌گرا 5عدالتخواهی عقلانیت‌گرا 6توجه به پیشرفت نسبی عدالت در جمهوری اسلامی 7عدالتخواهیِ تقویت کننده نظام اسلامی.همچنین «عدالتخواهی انقلابی» به عنوان هسته و مقوله محوری این مقاله می‌باشد که می‌توان آن را درون‌مایه عدالتخواهی از دیدگاه رهبر انقلاب دانست.

The requirements of justice demand from the viewpoint of the Supreme Leader of Revolution

In today’s atmosphere of the country, we are witnessing many discussions in the field of demanding justice. Sometimes extremes and wrong positions are also expressed by individuals and groups,dichotomies such as justice and guardianship.Understanding strategies and speeches of The Supreme Leader of the Revolution on the issue of demanding justice is necessary for the general public, especially the elites and activists in the field of justice and demanding, given his religious and political status. The present article seeks to answer this question: &What are the requirements of demanding justice from the perspective of the Supreme Leader of the Revolution?& In this article, the method of thematic analysis has been used to analyze the speeches of the Supreme Leader of the Revolution. By implementing the steps of this method and by coding quotes from the leadership’s speeches on justice, 121 basic themes, 18 organizing themes and 7 comprehensive themes have been extracted.The seven main and comprehensive themes that have been obtained from the thematic analysis of the demanding justice from the leadership perspective are:1 Continuous and courageous justice 2 Theorizing of demanding justice based onIslamic thoughts 3Justice discourse building 4Spiritual demanding justice5 Rational demanding justice 6 Paying attention to the relative progress of justice in the Islamic Republic 7 Strengthening demanding justice for Islamic systemAlso, &revolutionary justice& is the core and central category of this article, which can be considered as the theme of justice from the perspective of the Supreme Leader of the Revolution.
