طراحی الگوی معلم خوب با تکیه بر سند تحول بنیادین آموزش و پرورش

هدف اصلی پژوهش حاضر ارائه الگوی معلم خوب با تکیه‌بر سند تحول بنیادین آموزش‌وپرورش بود. بدین منظور در یک تحلیل کیفی و با رویکرد پدیدارشناسی، متن سند مطالعه گردید. یافته‌های تحقیق در دو بخش عرضه شد. بخش اول شامل داده‌های توصیفی و بخش دوم شامل ارائه یافته‌ها و داده‌های کیفی است. ابتدا داده‌های توصیفی شامل شاخص‌های تعیین‌شده معلم خوب در سند تحول، مولفه‌های اصلی تبیین شایستگی‌ها و اقتدار معلمان خوب شناسایی گردید. نتایج تحلیل یافته‌ها نشان داد که  پنج مولفه: دانش، توان، بینش، گزینش و آرامش می‌تواند شالوده طراحی الگوی معلم خوب قرار گیرد. برای ارائه یافته‌های پژوهش از مصاحبه عمیق نیمه ساختارمند با حضور 12 نفر از متخصصان سند استفاده شد و جداول کدگذاری باز، کدگذاری محوری و کدگذاری انتخابی مشخص گردید و بر این اساس الگوی طراحی معلم خوب با تکیه‌بر سند تحول بنیادین تدوین گردید. برای اطمینان از روایی پژوهش، گزارش نهایی تحلیل به سه نفر از  متخصصان سند تحول داده شد تا پس از بازبینی، پیشنهادهایشان در مرحله کدگذاری باز، اعمال گردد. همین گروه در مرحله بعدی، کدگذاری محوری را بررسی نمودند و نظرات آن‌ها در تدوین الگو به کار رفت.

Designing a good teacher model based on the Fundamental Reform Document of Education (FRDE)

The main purpose of this study was to provide a good teacher model based on the Fundamental Reform Document of Education. For this purpose, in a qualitative analysis with a phenomenological approach, the text of the document was studied. The research findings were presented in two parts. The first part includes descriptive data and the second part presents qualitative findings and data. First, descriptive data including the indicators of a good teacher in the Fundamental reform document, the main components of explaining the competencies and authority of good teachers were identified. The results of the analysis showed that five components: knowledge, ability, insight, selection and tranquility can be the basis for designing a good teacher model. In order to present the research findings, an indepth semistructured interview with the presence of 12 document experts was used. And open coding, axial coding and selective coding tables were identified. Based on this, a good teacher design model was developed according to the fundamental reform document. To ensure the validity of the research, the final report of the analysis was transformed to three document experts so that after review, their suggestions could be applied in the open coding stage. In the next step, the same group examined the axial coding and their ideas were used in developing the model.
