نگرش مردم نسبت به عملکرد اردوهای جهادی پزشکی(مطالعه موردی: روستاهای خراسان شمالی)

این مقاله با هدف سنجش نگرش مردم روستاهای خراسان شمالی به عملکرد اردوهای جهادی پزشکی در سال 1399 می‌باشد. روش تحقیق در این پژوهش، پیمایشی و از نوع مطالعات همبستگی است.جامعه آماری این پژوهش شامل تمامی روستائیان خراسان شمالی که دریافت کننده خدمات اردوهای جهادی پزشکی بوده اند، می‌باشد. برای نمونه گیری در این پژوهش از روش نمونه گیری تصادفی – طبقه ای استفاده شده است و بر این اساس حجم نمونه با استفاده از جدول مورگان برابر با 400 نفر تعیین گردید. جهت گردآوری اطلاعات از ابزار پرسشنامه محقق ساخته استفاده شد. قابلیت اعتماد و پایایی پرسشنامه با استفاده از ضریب آلفای کرانباخ 0.85 تعیین گردیده است. جهت تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها از شاخص‌های آمار توصیفی و در آمار استنباطی از آزمون ضریب همبستگی پیرسون برای آزمون فرضیه‌ها استفاده شده است.یافته های پژوهش موید این نظر است که: نگرش مردم درروستاهای خراسان شمالی نسبت به عملکرد اردوهای جهادی پزشکی در دو بعد اثربخشی و کارایی دارای امتیازخوب با میانگین 3.84 و میانگین نگرش 3.43 بوده است.همچنین بین ارتباط ابعاد نگرش و ارزیابی عملکرد اردوهای جهادی پزشکی نتایج بدست آمده ، نشانگر دیدگاه مثبت نسبت به عملکرد اردوهای جهادی پزشکی می باشد. گروه های جهادی بسیج میتواند در عرض سایر نهادهای متولی، در حوزه بهداشت ودرمان نقش قابل ملاحظه ای را در امر پیشگیری و درمان درمناطق محروم ایفا نماید.

Attitudes of the people towards the performance of medical jihadist camps. (Case study: North Khorasan villages)

This article aims to assess the attitude of the people of North Khorasan villages to the performance of medical jihadist camps in 1399. The research method in this research is survey and correlational studies. The statistical population of this study includes all the villagers of North Khorasan who have received the services of medical jihadi camps. For sampling in this study, stratified random sampling method was used and based on this, the sample size was determined using Morgan table equal to 400 people. A researchermade questionnaire was used to collect information. The reliability and reliability of the questionnaire was determined using Cronbach’s alpha coefficient of 0.85. To analyze the data, descriptive statistics indicators and in inferential statistics, Pearson correlation coefficient test was used to test the hypotheses. Findings of the study confirm that: The attitude of people in the villages of North Khorasan towards the performance of medical jihadi camps in two dimensions of effectiveness and efficiency has a good score with an average of 3.84 and an average attitude of 3.43. Also, the relationship between the dimensions of attitude and evaluation of the performance of medical jihadi camps shows the positive results towards the performance of medical jihadi camps. Basij jihadist groups can play a significant role in prevention and treatment in deprived areas, in addition to other responsible institutions in the field of health and treatment.
