استراتژی بهره‌گیری از ساختارهای ارگانیک در پایگاه‌های مقاومت بسیج: آثار، دستاوردها و ارائه الگوی پیشنهادی

این تحقیق به دنبال آن است که دستاوردهای یک تحقیق تجربی و پژوهش عملی (اقدام پژوهی) در به کارگیری یکی از انواع ساختارهای ارگانیک در پایگاه مقاومت بسیج را موردبررسی قرار دهد و آثار آن را گزارش نماید تا از این طریق الگویی را برای رسیدن به اهدافارائه نماید. مطالعات این پژوهش (شامل طراحی، پیاده سازی، پایش، ارزیابی و گزارش) که 3 سال زمان برده است،نشان می دهد که استفاده از یک ساختار ارگانیک با حفظ ساختار مکانیکی پیشین در پایگاه بسیج، سبب ایجاد خلاقیت، انعطاف پذیری،ا یجاد نوآوری، تقسیم وظایف مبتنی بر اهداف، تصمیم گیری غیرمتمرکز (از پایین به بالا)، بهره گیری از نیروهای متخصص در تمامی امور و تعامل بسیار دقیق و منظم واحدهای زیر مجموعه شده است که بهره وری و اثر بخشی این مجموعه را بسیار ارتقاء داده است؛ موفقیت های چشمگیری به همراه داشته و زمینه را برای تلفیق اقشار بسیج در بسیج محلات فراهم می آورد. دستاوردهای این پژوهش الگویی را برای بهره گیری از چنین ساختارهایی در سایر پایگاه های مقاومت بسیج ارائه میدهد. روش مورد استفاده در این تحقیق اقدام پژوهی است.

This research want to examine the achievements of an empirical research and practical research (research activity) in applying an organic structures in the Basij, and to report its effects, in this way. Studies of this research (including design, implementation, monitoring, evaluation and reporting), which took 3 years, indicate positive effects in efficiency and effectiveness. The results of this research provide a model for utilizing such structures in other basijs center.
