بازنمایی ویژگیهای رهبری فرماندهان جنگ تحمیلی در سینمای دفاع مقدس مورد مطالعه: فیلمهای به کبودی یاس، شور شیرین و ایستاده در غبار

مقاله حاضر جهت شناسایی ویژگی های رهبری بازنمایی شده از فرماندهان جنگ تحمیلی در سه فیلم دفاع مقدس، ایستاده در غبار، شور شیرین و به کبودی یاس است. در این راستا با استفاده از روش تحلیل محتوای کیفی، همه صحنه های مرتبط با هدف پژوهش به عنوان واحد تحلیل مورد تجزیه وتحلیل قرار داده است. نتایج مقاله نشان می دهد که ویژگی های رهبری فرماندهان در فیلم های مذکور را می توان به پنج ویژگی شخصیتی (ویژگی های ظاهری، مهارت ها، ارزش ها، انگیزه ها، خصلت ها) و سه ویژگی رفتاری (رفتار شخصی، رفتار سازمانی، اقدامات راهبردی) و دو عامل وضعیتی (ویژگی پیروان و ویژگی محیطی) تقسیم و طبقه بندی نمود که در مجموع ویژگی های رهبری فرماندهان مذکور را تشکیل می دهد. تصویری که از ویژگی های فرماندهان دفاع مقدس در فیلم های مذکور ارائه می شود تصویر انسان های آسمانی و دست نیافتی نیست بلکه تصویری که از آن ها ارائه شده تصاویر انسان های اجتماعی و مردمی است. درواقع شهیدان متوسلیان، برونسی و کاوه افرادی هستند که دارای شجاعت کم نظیر، تلاش خستگی ناپذیر، مدیریت قوی، اخلاق حسنه، خودساختگی، همت والا، مدافع سرزمین، مدافع ارزش ها و باورهای ملی و دینی، پایداری در برابر دشمن، فداکار، صابر و بردبار، قانع و کمک کنند به همنوع می باشند.

Representing the characteristics of the leadership of warlord commanders in the Holy Defense CinemaCase Study: Films of Yasmine, Sweet Passion and Standing in Mist

This article seeks to identify the features of openended leadership from warlord commanders in three sacred defense videos, standing in dust, shock absorbers, and Yas bruises. In general, representing the characteristics of commanders in the holy defense cinema and in particular in The film stands in the dust of Commander Ahmad Motazulian, in the movie Shoshairin Commander Mahmood Kavu, and in the film, Kabudi Yas was headed by Abdul Hussein. And tried to analyze the three targeted films selected by targeted sampling using the qualitative content analysis method. The results of this analysis show that the leadership characteristics of the commanders in these films can be divided into five personality traits (appearance characteristics, skills, values, motivations, characteristics) and three behavioral characteristics (personal behavior, organizational behavior, actions Strategic) and two status factors (attribute of followers and environmental characteristics) and each of these features has its own themes. Accordingly, according to the categories and themes obtained, the pattern of leadership attributes of commanders is drawn.
