ارائه الگوی عملکرد برای تشکل‌های دانشجویی بر اساس بیانات مقام معظم رهبری (دام‌ظله)

هدف این مقاله طراحی الگوی مطلوب برای عملکرد تشکل های دانشجویی براساس بیانات مقام معظم رهبری است. نوع تحقیق کیفی بوده و روش تحلیل داده ها استفاده از روش نظریه پردازی داده بنیاد می باشد. بدین منظور تمامی سخنرانی های مربوط به مقام معظم رهبری از آغاز دوران رهبری ایشان تا آخر مردادماه 1395 مورد مطالعه قرار گرفته و مفاهیمی که مرتبط با موضوع موردنظر می باشد، جمع آوری شده است؛ سپس در ادامه از طریق کدگذاری های باز، محوری و انتخابی، الگویی از فعالیتهای موردنظر ایشان برای تشکل های دانشجویی طراحی شده است. بررسی بیانات مقام معظم رهبری منجر به استخراج 228 مضمون، 78 مفهوم، 31 مقوله فرعی شد که در نهایت در قالب 13 مقوله اصلی جای گرفت. نتایج به دست آمده از تحلیل داده و کدگذاری انجام گرفته در قالب 6 دسته به صورت مقوله محوری (خاصیت تحرک، تربیت و تعالی بخشی تشکیلات)، مقوله على یا زمینه ساز (توجه به بعد اندیشه ای و نظری در تشکیلات و عرصه های فعالیت تشکیلات)، مقوله واسطه ای (خودباوری و هم افزایی تشکلها)، مقوله محیطی (روحیه نظم و قانون مداری و ویژگی های روحی و اخلاقی حاکم بر تشکل و روحیه مطالبه گری همراه باانصاف و عوامل اثر گذار خارجی)، مقوله راهبردی (چارچوب اندیشه ای و تحلیلی صحیح و آرمان خواهی؛ عامل تحرک تشکیلات)، مقوله پیامدی (شناخت نیازهای کشور، مسئولیت پذیری و اثرگذاری، توجه به عرصه پیکار با باطل و دفاع از ارزش ها در مقابل دشمنان و اثرگذاری بر افراد خارج از مجموعه) دسته بندی شده است.

Provide a performance model for student organizations based on the statements of the Supreme Leader

Coaching is one of the best and most effective topics that can develop and nurture organizational talents, which in turn, will lead to their career advancement. Some of the research conducted with the aim of making the coaching relationship more effective, has focused on the characteristics that the coach must have in order to be more effective and useful. The present study, by adopting a similar approach and with a basic goal, emphasizes the localization of managerial concepts by focusing on the Holy Quran and seeks to introduce the characteristics of a competent instructor. The method used is contextbased thinking, which is called the thematic research method in the Qur’an. In order to identify the characteristics of a good teacher in the Qur’an, researchers, after determining the relevant keywords, the corresponding verses and contemplation in these luminous verses, have achieved the relevant concepts of the research goal. They then introduce the concepts that help the educator in the development of individuals in five categories that include beliefs, moralbehavioral characteristics, personality, methodology and purposefulness. Finally, in order to complete and strengthen this discussion, it is suggested that research with a similar purpose be designed and conducted using the same keywords in the Holy Quran or other authentic Islamic sources.
