ویژگی های مربی صالح در پرورش و مدیریت استعداد ها ؛ پژوهشی قرآنی

مربی گری یکی از بهترین و موثرترین موضوعاتی است که می تواند موجب توسعه و پرورش استعدادهای سازمانی شود که از این طریق، پیشرفت شغلی آنها را نیز در پی خواهد داشت. برخی از پژوهش های انجام شده با هدف اثربخش تر کردن رابطه مربی گری، بر ویژگی هایی متمرکز شده اند که مربی بایستی داشته باشد تا تاثیرگذارتر و مفیدتر باشد. پژوهش حاضر نیز با اتخاذ رویکردی مشابه و با هدف مبنایی، بر بومی سازی مفاهیم مدیریتی از طریق محور قرار دادن قرآن کریم تاکید کرده و در پی معرفی ویژگی های مربی صالح می باشد. روش مورداستفاده، تدبری سیاق محور است که روش تحقیق موضوعی در قرآن نام گرفته است. پژوهشگران به منظور شناسایی ویژگی های مربی صالح در قرآن، پس از تعیین کلیدواژه مرتبط، آیات متناسب با آن وتدبر در این آیات نورانی، به مفاهیم مرتبط باهدف پژوهش دست یافته اند. سپس مفاهیم مذکور که مربی را در مسیر رشد و پرورش افراد یاری می دهد در دسته بندی پنج گانه ای که شامل ویژگی های اعتقادی، اخلاقی رفتاری، شخصیتی، روشمندی و هدفمندی می باشد معرفی شده اند.

Characteristics of a competent coach in cultivating and managing talents; Quranic research

Coaching is one of the best and most effective topics that can develop and nurture organizational talents, which in turn, will lead to their career advancement. Some of the research conducted with the aim of making the coaching relationship more effective, has focused on the characteristics that the coach must have in order to be more effective and useful. The present study, by adopting a similar approach and with a basic goal, emphasizes the localization of managerial concepts by focusing on the Holy Quran and seeks to introduce the characteristics of a competent instructor. The method used is contextbased thinking, which is called the thematic research method in the Qur’an. In order to identify the characteristics of a good teacher in the Qur’an, researchers, after determining the relevant keywords, the corresponding verses and contemplation in these luminous verses, have achieved the relevant concepts of the research goal. They then introduce the concepts that help the educator in the development of individuals in five categories that include beliefs, moralbehavioral characteristics, personality, methodology and purposefulness. Finally, in order to complete and strengthen this discussion, it is suggested that research with a similar purpose be designed and conducted using the same keywords in the Holy Quran or other authentic Islamic sources.
