مولفه‌های الگوی توانمندسازی مقاومتی نیروی کار در چارچوب سیاست‌های کلی اقتصاد مقاومتی

مسئله اصلی مقاله تبیین مولفه‌های الگوی توانمندسازی مقاومتی نیروی کار در چارچوب سیاست‌های کلی اقتصاد مقاومتی است. در این راستا این مقاله ابتدا با بهره‌گیری از روش تحلیل مضمون، مولفه‌های محوری ناظر به هر بند از سیاست‌های کلی اقتصاد مقاومتی و در ادامه با بررسی رویکردهای حاکم بر سیاست‌ها با روش ریشه‌شناسی و معناشناسی، مولفه‌های مفهومی ناظر به هر یک از رویکردهای هفت‌گانه‌ی سیاست‌های کلی را استخراج نموده و درنهایت با ضرب مفهومی رویکردهای سیاست‌های کلی در مولفه‌های محوری ناظر به هر بند، ماتریسی از نگاه به مولفه‌های اقتصاد مقاومتی با توجه به رویکردهای مذکور که نقش حاکم بر کلیه بندهای سیاست‌ها را دارند، ترسیم نموده است و در پایان، مولفه‌های الگوی توانمندسازی مقاومتی نیروی کار را با این چارچوب و با روش طوفان مغزی نخبگانی و مصاحبه تخصصی استخراج نموده است. یافته‌های اصلی مقاله حاکی از این امر است که: مولفه‌های توانمندسازی مقاومتی نیروی کار باید با توجه به چهارعنصر دانش و اطلاعات، انگیزه، ارتباطات و اعتماد و نیز مولفه‌های رویکردهای سیاست‌های کلی تدوین و اجرا شوند.

Components of the Resilience Empowerment Model of the Labor Force in the Framework of the General Policies of the Resistance Economy

The main issue of the article is to explain the components of the model of resistance empowerment of the workforce in the framework of the general policies of the resistance economy. In this regard, this article first uses the content analysis method, the central components of each paragraph of the general policies of the resistance economy and then examines the policy approaches with etymological and semantic methods, the conceptual components of each of the seven general policy approaches And finally by conceptually multiplying the general policy approaches in the central components of each clause, draws a matrix from the perspective of the components of the resistance economy according to the above approaches that play a role in all policy clauses, and finally, the components of the model. Resilience empowerment of the workforce has been extracted with this framework and with the method of elite brainstorming and specialized interviews. The main findings of the article indicate that: The components of labor force resilience empowerment should be formulated and implemented according to the four elements of knowledge and information, motivation, communication and trust, as well as the components of general policy approaches.
