چکیده
|
جمهوری اسلامی ایران به دلیل اهمیت ژئوپلیتیکی نقش مهمی در معادلات قدرت در منطقه غرب آسیا دارد و برای ایجاد نظم مطلوب خود تلاش می‌کند. این در حالی است که در غرب آسیا ساختارها و کارگزاران متعددی وجود دارند که در شکل‌دهی به نظام قدرت تاثیرگذارند. بنابراین تاثیر «ساختار نظام قدرت بین‌الملل» و «ساختار نظام قدرت منطقه» و کارگزاران فرامنطقه‌ای و منطقه‌ای بر جایگاه ژئوپلیتیکی ایران در منطقه غرب آسیا دارای اهمیت است. هدف پژوهش این است که با رویکرد آینده‌پژوهانه به این سوال پاسخ دهد که سناریوهای پیش روی آینده جایگاه ژئوپلیتیکی جمهوری اسلامی ایران در نظام قدرت غرب آسیا در افق 1410 کدامند؟ در این راستا از سناریونویسی به روش عدمقطعیت بحرانی استفاده شده است. استخراج پیش‌ران‌های تاثیرگذار بر آینده جایگاه ژئوپلیتیکی جمهوری اسلامی ایران در نظام قدرت منطقه‌ای غرب آسیا و سپس سنجش آنها از طریق پرسش از خبرگان نشان می‌دهد که دو پیش‌ران «رابطه ایران و عربستان» و «میزان مداخلات آمریکا در غرب آسیا» از اهمیت و عدمقطعیت بالاتری برخوردار هستند. بنابراین با استفاده از این دو عدمقطعیت سناریوهای مرتبط با آینده جایگاه ژئوپلیتیکی جمهوری اسلامی ایران در نظام قدرت در غرب آسیا در افق 1410 ترسیم شده است.

Abstract
|
Considering its geopolitical importance, the Islamic Republic of Iran play an important role in shaping the power equations in the West Asian region And try to create his own order. While in West Asia there are numerous structures and actors that influence the shaping of the power system. Therefore, the impact of the &structure of international power system& and &the structure of regional power system& and transregional and regional actor are impotent on Iran’s geopolitical position in West Asia. The purpose of research is to answer the question of what are the future scenarios of the geopolitical position of the Islamic Republic of Iran in the West Asian power system in 1410? To answer this question, we use Scenarios with method of Critical uncertainty. Gathering and analyzing the driver forces that influence the future of the geopolitical position of the Islamic Republic of Iran in the West Asian regional power system in vision of 1410 show that two driver forces &the type of IranSaudi relationship& and &the extent of US intervention& Have more uncertainty. Therefore, using these two uncertainties for write scenarios related to the future geopolitical position of the Islamic Republic of Iran in West Asia in 1410.
