الگوی سیاستگذاری نمادهای اسلامی- ایرانی شهری (مبتنی بر دیدگاه نخبگان فرهنگی)

نمادهای شهری حامل خاطرات مشترک مردم و مفاهیم فرهنگی و اجتماعی‌اند و منتقل‌کننده معانی ضمنی گسترده‌ای در ذهن مردم یک شهر هستند. معماری امروز ما به دلایل مختلف بر اساس فضای فرهنگی ما ساخته نمی‌شود. هر چقدر نمادهای شهری بر اساس معماری غربی ساخته شود، فرهنگ کشور را تحت تاثیر خود قرار داده و به همان میزان جامعه را از فرهنگ اسلامی و ایرانی دور می‌سازد. برای دست‌یابی به یک شهر دارای نمادهای مطلوب، لازم است الگویی متناسب با ویژگی‌های آن فرهنگ و ملهم از آموزه‌های دینی شکل گیرد. داده‌های مورد نیاز در این تحقیق به روش مطالعات اسنادی و کتابخانه‌ای گردآوری شد. آنگاه مصاحبه با برخی از نخبگان و مسوولین حوزه فرهنگ و نمادهای شهری در دستور کار قرار گرفت. برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها از روش تحلیل مضمون استفاده گردید. در این مقاله تعداد 95 کد تفسیری، 15 مضمون سازمان‌یافته و در نهایت 5 مقوله فراگیر از متن مصاحبه‌ها استخراج گردید و ابعاد و مولفه‌های الگوی مورد نظر مشخص و روابط بین آنها تبیین گردید. مقوله‌های فراگیر این الگو عبارتند از: مبانی نمادسازی، تجربیات نمادسازی، کارکرد نمادها، تمدن‌سازی نماد و محیط‌شناسی نمادها. با استفاده از این الگو، سیاستگذاران فرهنگی امکان می‌یابند تا با بهره‌گیری از تجارب سایر کشورها و توجه به وضعیت فرهنگی و محیطی کشور به وضع سیاست فرهنگی در حوزه نمادهای شهری بپردازند. پیشنهاد می‌گردد سیاستگذاری فرهنگی با نگاه بر احیای نمادهای اسلامی ایرانی شهری صورت گیرد و طراحی این نمادها از طریق بازتولید، بازسازی و احیای نمادهای گذشته در قالب‌های جدید به انجام رسد.

Policy Modeling of Islamic-Iranian Urban Symbols (Based on the views of cultural elites)

Urban symbols carry people’s shared memories and cultural and social concepts and convey broad implicit meanings to the minds of the people of a city. Today’s architecture is not based on our cultural space for various reasons. No matter how much urban symbols are based on Western architecture, they affect the culture of the country and equally alienate the society from Islamic and Iranian culture. To achieve a city with desirable symbols, it is necessary to form a model appropriate to the characteristics of that culture and inspired by religious teachings.The data required were collected by documentary and library studies. Then, interviews with some elites in the field of culture were on the agenda. Content analysis method was used to analyze the data.In this article, 95 interpretive codes, 15 organized themes and finally 5 comprehensive categories were extracted from the text of the interviews and the dimensions and components of the desired model were determined and the relations between them were explained. Inclusive categories of this model include: the basics of symbolism, the experiences of symbolism, the function of symbols, the civilization of symbols, and the ecology of symbols. Using this model, cultural policymakers will be able to take advantage of the experiences of other countries and pay attention to the cultural and environmental situation of the country to the status of cultural policy in the field of urban symbols. It is suggested that cultural policy be made with a view to the revival of urban IslamicIranian symbols.
