کیفیت زندگی در محله‌ ی شهر اسلامی –ایرانی با نگرش پایداری فضایی- اجتماعی (نمونه موردی؛ شهر قم)

رویکرد محله محوری شهر ها در سالهای اخیر، از مهمترین راهبردها برای رسیدن به پایداری شهر ها در کلانشهرها تبدیل شده است. در جریان گسترش مکتب مدرنیسم وسپس پست مدرن درشهرسازی وبرنامه ریزی شهری صورتهای متنوعی از واحدهای همسایگی همچون باغ شهرها ،واحدهای همسایگی اشتاین وپری ،محلات مدرن عمودی ، محلات سرزنده ،محلات دروازه دار و... با هدف افزایش کیفیت های زندگی وپایداری شهرمدرن با همت متخصصان شهری متظاهر شده است. علیرغم دستیابی به برخی موفقیت ها ی نسبی هنوز محلات و واحدهای همسایگی غالبا مرتفع نتوانسته انتظارات مردم این سکونتگاه ها را در دستیابی به پایداری اجتماعی –فضایی وسطح مطلوبی از همه شاخص ها از جمله ارتقاء کیفیت زندگی تامین کند.این پژوهش با انتخاب متنوع وهدفمند سه نوع محله یا سکونتگاه متفاوت در شهر اسلامی –ایرانی قم به بررسی وتحلیل ومقایسه آنها پرداخته است . این پژوهش از نوع مقایسه ای وبا روش پیمایشی و توصیفی –تحلیلی است. نتایج این پژوهش نشان می دهد شاخص های کیفیت زندگی بین سه محله مورد بررسی دارای تفاوت معنا داری است.وسطح کیفی زندگی در محله ای که با محلات سنتی تطابق بیشتری دارد،بالاتر است.

Abstract The central city neighborhood approach in recent years, the most important strategy to achieve sustainability in metropolitan cities has become. Despite achieving some relative success of communities and neighborhoods have often failed to meet the expectations of the people of the villages in the pursuit of social sustainability and spatial appropriate level of all indicators, including the promotion of quality of life This research is funded by choosing diverse and targeted three different residences in the neighborhood or the city of Qom Ayrany to investigate and analyze and compare them. This comparative study with descriptiveanalytic method is causalcomparative survey. The results show that quality of life has significantly different between the three districts surveyed Ast.vsth quality of life in a neighborhood that is more consistent with traditional ones is higher.
