تحلیل فضایی و مکان‎یابی شهرک صنعتی شهرستان جلفا با استفاده از مدل‎های ahp و electre

مکان مناسب برای استقرار فعالیت‎های صنعتی یکی از ضرورت‎های توسعه صنعتی به شمار می‌رود، بنابراین پرداختن به موضوع مکان‎یابی و ارزیابی اینکه تا چه حد مکان گزینی شهرک‎های صنعتی مناسب است و وضعیت این شهرک‎ها نسبت به همدیگر و نسبت به مکان گزینی مطلوب چگونه است مهم می‌باشد. هدف اصلی این تحقیق، تحلیل فضایی و مکان‎یابی شهرک صنعتی شهرستان جلفا با استفاده از روش‎های تلفیقیahp و electre می‌باشد. نوع تحقیق کاربردی و روش تحقیق توصیفی تحلیلی بوده و برای جمع‌آوری داده‎ها از مطالعات اسنادی، کتابخانه‌ای و روش دلفی استفاده شده است. به‌طوری که بعد از انتخاب معیارهای اولیه، در چهار گروه طبقه‌بندی شدند. سپس سوالات و پرسشنامه تدوین گردید. در روش دلفی از 20 نفر از کارشناسان و متخصصان نظرخواهی به‌عمل آمد. به این ترتیب داده‎ها جمع‌آوری و مورد استفاده قرار گرفتند. برای تلفیق معیارها و زیرمعیارها به منظور شناسایی و تعیین وزن آنها از مدلahp در محیط نرم‌افزارexpert choice  استفاده گردید. در مرحله بعد با اعمال وزن‎های حاصل از مدل ahpدر محیطgis  به پهنه‌بندی اراضی شهرستان جلفا اقدام شد. سپس پهنه‎های کاملاً مناسب بالای 50 هکتار انتخاب و با استفاده از مدل electre با توجه به 16معیار مهم دخیل در مکان‎یابی بهینه شهرک‎های صنعتی، ارزیابی و رتبه‌بندی شد و مناسب‌ترین مکان‎ها در راستای ارزیابی مکان فعلی شهرک صنعتی شهرستان جلفا مورد شناسایی قرار گرفت. نتایج حاصل از مقایسه پهنه‎های انتخاب شده برای استقرار شهرک صنعتی با مکان فعلی آن، نشان داد که مکان فعلی شهرک صنعتی در شهرستان جلفا با اصول و ضوابط مکان‎یابی مطابقت ندارد. از ویژگی‎های مکان پیشنهادی برای احداث شهرک صنعتی در شهرستان جلفا، این منطقه با مساحت 83 هکتار، در ارتفاع 987 متری از سطح دریا‎های آزاد و در زمین‎هایی با شیب 2 درصد قرار دارد. لازم به ذکر است که به دلیل وجود میکروگسل‎های زیاد در منطقه جلفا، مکان پیشنهادی در فاصله1897.37 متری از گسل‎های موجود، به دور از زمین‎های کشاورزی، باغات و جنگل و از نظر سنگ شناسی در زمین‎های مقاوم قرار گرفته است.

Spatial Analysis and Locating the Industrial Town of Jolfa Using AHP and ELECTRE Models

A suitable place for the establishment of industrial activities is one of the indispensable factors for industrial development, so addressing the issue of locating and assessing the location of industrial settlements is appropriate and the situation of these settlements in relation to each other and to the desirable location is important. The main purpose of this research is spatial and location analysis of Jolfa industrial town using combined AHP and ELECTRE methods. The type of research is applied and the research method is descriptiveanalytical and documentary, library and Delphi studies have been used to collect the necessary data. After selecting the initial criteria, they were classified into four groups. Then questions and questionnaires were developed. In the Delphi method, 20 experts and specialists were polled. In this way, the data were collected and used. AHP model in Expert choice software environment was used to combine criteria and subcriteria in order to identify and determine their weight. In the next stage, by applying the weights obtained from the AHP model in the GIS environment, the lands of Jolfa were identified. Then, completely suitable zones above 50 hectares were selected and evaluated and ranked using the ELECTRE model according to 16 important criteria involved in the optimal location of industrial settlements, and the most suitable sites were identified in order to evaluate the current location of Jolfa industrial town. The results of comparing the zones selected for the establishment of the industrial town with its current location showed that the current location of the industrial town in Jolfa does not correspond with the principles and criteria of a suitable location. One of the features of the proposed location for the construction of an industrial town in Jolfa is that the town with an area of ​​83 hectares is located at an altitude of 987 meters above the sea level and exists on lands with a slope of 2%. It should be noted that due to the presence of many microfaults in Jolfa region, the proposed site is located at a distance of 1897.37 meters from the existing faults, away from agricultural lands, gardens and forests and in terms of lithology is located in resistant lands.
