ارزیابی و اولویت‌بندی فضاهای زمین‌گردشگری آبی با تاکید بر نقش مدیریت شهری(مطالعه موردی: منطقه دماوند)

زمین‌گردشگری یا ژئوتوریسم، یکی از گونه‌های مهم اکوتوریسم به شمار می‌رود که بر ترویج ارزش‌های میراث زمین، حفاظت از آن‌ها و تاکید بر جنبه‌های فرهنگی، اکولوژیکی و اقتصادی و توسعه اقتصادی جامعه میزبان دارد. شهرها و روستاها نقش مهمی در سنجش اولویت‎ها و ارزش‎های فضاهای زمین‌گردشگری و اولویت‌بندی آن‌ها داشته و با استفاده از تصمیم‌گیری‎ها و درگیر کردن نهادهای شهری و امکانات و خدمات گردشگری شهری می‌تواند در ارائه چشم‌انداز مطلوب زمین‌گردشگری موثر بوده و همچنین در زمینه ترویج توسعه پایدار و حفاظت پایدار نقش موثری داشته باشد. منطقه دماوند با داشتن مجموعه فرایندهای آبی رودخانه‌ای، آبشار و دریاچه، از مقاصد زمین‌گردشگری محسوب می‌شود. در این پژوهش، ارزیابی و اولویت‌بندی فضاها و سایت‌های زمین‌گردشگری مرتبط با فرایندهای آبی منطقه دماوند را با تاکید بر نقش شهرها و قابلیتهای آن، به‌منظور ارائه یک چشم‌انداز بهینه برای مدیریت زمین‌گردشگری در دستور کار قرار گرفته است. برای این منظور داده‌ها از طریق مطالعات کارشناسی و نظری و ارزیابی کارشناسان، تهیه گردید. معیارها از طریق مدل آنتروپی وزن‌دهی شده و سایت‌ها از طریق مدل کوپراس اولویت‌بندی شدند. نتایج حاکی از مطلوبیت بالای سایت‌های دریاچه لار و رودخانه هراز آب اسک به‌عنوان اولویت نخست زمین‌گردشگری است. همچنین وجود شهر پلور و رینه و مدیریت شهری آن توانسته در تقویت برخی از خدمات و سرمایه‎ها و امکانات زمین‌گردشگری نقش موثر داشته باشد؛ اما در مقابل تهدیداتی نیز به همراه داشته است.

Assessment and Prioritizing of Water Geotourism Spaces with Emphasis on Urban Management (A Case Study of Damavand Region)

Geotourism is one of the important types of ecotourism. Assessing geotourism spaces and its prioritizing can be effective in present suitable geotourism landscape. Geotourism is defined as tourism that sustains or enhances the distinctive geographical character of a place—its environment, heritage, aesthetics, culture, and the wellbeing of its residents. Cities and villages have an important role in measuring the priorities and values of tourism land spaces. By making decisions and engaging urban institutions and facilities and services, urban tourism can be effective in providing the desired landscape of tourism, and can also promote sustainable development and sustainable protection. Damavand region, having rivers, waterfall and lake water processes, is one of the geotourism destinations. In this article, assessment and prioritizing of geotourism spaces and sites related water processes of Damavand region based on role of urban management is done in order to present suitable landscape for geotourism management. Therefore, the necessary data was prepared based on the theoretical and expert studies as well as the assessment done by experts. The criteria were weighted by Atrophy model and the sites were prioritized using COPRAS model. The obtained results show high suitability of Lar Lake and Haraz Abask River as first priority of geotourism. Also, the city of Pleur and Rino and its urban management have been able to play an effective role in strengthening some services, capital and facilities of tourism land, but have also brought threats in return.
