ارزیابی و تحلیل پهنه‎های بلافصل شهر نیک‎شهر به منظور تعیین جهات مناسب توسعه فیزیکی

یکی از مهم‌ترین مباحث شهر و شهرنشینی در ایران، بررسی و تحلیل رشد و توسعه فیزیکی کالبدی شهر و شهرنشینی است. دراین‌ارتباط هدف کلی برنامه‌ریزی شهری تامین رفاه مردم از طریق ایجاد محیطی بهتر، سالم‌تر، موثرتر و دل‌پذیرتر است. بدین لحاظ تحلیل تناسب زمین برای توسعه شهری و شناسایی اراضی مناسب اولویت‌دار برای توسعه کالبدی را  بسیار ضروری می‌نماید. ازاین‌رو هدف از تحقیق حاضر، بررسی نحوه گسترش  فیزیکی کالبدی شهر نیک‌شهر با تاکید بر پراکنده‌رویی شهری، شناخت عوامل موثر در رشد فیزیکی کالبدی شهر، شناخت توانمندی‎ها و محدودیت‌های توسعه فیزیکی شهر و ارائه راهکارهایی مناسب جهت برنامه‌ریزی اصولی و عملی برای توسعه فیزیکی شهر می‌باشد. روش شناسی تحقیق حاضر توصیفی – تحلیلی و مبتنی بر مطالعات کتابخانه‌ای، اسنادی و بررسی‎های میدانی می‌باشد، و برای تجزیه‌وتحلیل اطلاعات از نرم‌افزار arc gis و از روش منطق فازی در محیط سیستم اطلاعات جغرافیایی استفاده‌شده است. نتایج تحقیق حاکی از آن است که عمده‌ترین عارضه طبیعی شهر نیک‌شهر را ارتفاعات و رودخانه‎ها و شاخه‎های منشعب از آن تشکیل می‌دهد که این عوامل باعث شده شهر، شکلی خطی به خود گرفته و در امتداد جنوب غرب به شمال شرق گسترش یابد، و از طرف دیگر ارتفاعات موجود در شمال و بخش‎هایی از جنوب شهر و نیز در محدوده‌ای از بدنه ی غربی شهر موجب گردیده تا شهر در جهت شمال-جنوبی امکان توسعه و گسترش نداشته باشد. در پایان نیز باید اشاره کرد که رشد بی برنامه شهر نیک‌شهر می‌تواند باعث بروز مشکلات عدیده‌ای شود، و در نقطه مقابل، تلاش برای رشد عمودی و هوشمند می‌تواند به توسعه پایدار بیانجامد.

Evaluation and Analysis of Immediate Areas of Nikshahr to DetermineAppropriate Aspects of Physical Development

One of the most important issues of the city and urbanization in Iran is the analysis of physical growth and development of the city and urbanization. In this regard, the overall goal of urban planning is to ensure the wellbeing of the people by creating a better, healthier, more effective and more pleasant environment. Therefore, land suitability analysis for urban development and identification of suitable priority lands for physical development is very urgent. Thus, the purpose of this study is to investigate the physical development of Nikshahr with emphasis on urban spread, to identify the factors affecting the physical development of the city, to recognize the capabilities and limitations of physical development of the city and to provide appropriate solutions for principled and practical planning and the physical development of the city. The methodology of the present study is descriptiveanalytical and based on library, documentary and field studies, and Arc GIS software and fuzzy logic method in GIS environment have been used for data analysis. The results indicate that the main natural feature of Nikshahr is the heights, rivers and their subbranches, which have caused the city to take a linear shape and extend along the southwest to the northeast. On the other hand, the heights in the north and parts of the south of the city and also in an area of ​​the western body of the city have caused the city not to develop and expand in a northsouth direction. Finally, it should be noted that the unplanned growth of Nikshahr can cause many problems, and on the contrary, the efforts for vertical and intelligent growth can lead to sustainable development.
