تحلیل ساختارکالبدی بافت‌های فرسوده شهری با رویکرد توسعه پایدار (نمونه موردی: بافت فرسوده شهر آمل)

در پی تحول در شیوه زندگی، نیاز به خدمات گوناگون نیز افزایش یافته و جهت مطابقت با شرایط جدید و دست یابی به توسعه ای پایدار، ساماندهی بافت های فرسوده اهمیت بیشتری می‌یابد. هدف پژوهش حاضر نیز ساماندهی کالبدی، فرهنگی اجتماعی بافت فرسوده شهری با رویکرد توسعه پایدار شهری در شهر آمل می باشد. از نظر قلمرو زمانی، مطالعه در این محدوده در سال‌های1393و 1394 است. در این پژوهش کاربردی و توسعه ای از روش های توصیفی، اسنادی و همبستگی استفاده شده است. حجم نمونه در این پژوهش نیز 304 نفر روسای خانوار در بافت فرسوده و 30 نفر کارشناسان مربوطه می‌باشد. به منظور گردآوری اطلاعات، از پرسشنامه‌ها، نقشه محلات، منابع کتابخانه‌ای و همچنین بازدید میدانی استفاده شده است. نتایج جمع آوری شده از پرسشنامه ها با استفاده از نرم افزار spssو آزمون های آماری مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفته و  از نتایج پرسشنامه کارشناسی در تکنیک swot بهره برده شده است. بنابراین با توجه به نتایج حاصله از تحقیق، الگوی پیشنهادی مداخله با تکیه بر توسعه پایدار شهری ارائه گردیده است.

An Analysis of the Physical Structure of Wornout Texture Using the Sustainable Development Approach ( A Case Study of Urban Decay in Amol)

Following the change in lifestyle, the need for various services also increased, and to comply with the new requirements and to achieve sustainable development, organizing the wornout textures has becomes more important. The purpose of this study was organizing the physical, social, and cultural development wornout texture using sustainable urban development approach in Amol. Considering the time of conducting this study the research was fulfilled during the years 1393 and 1394. In this applied research descriptive and documentation methods as well as correlation analysis were used. The sample size of this study consisted of 304 heads of households living in wornout textures and 30 relevant experts. To collect the data, questionnaires, the neighborhood map, library resources as well as field visits were used. The obtained results were analyzed using SPSS software and statistical tests and the results of the questionnaire, were used in the SWOT. Thus, according to the results of research it was concluded that the proposed intervention model has been presented based on sustainable urban development.
