بررسی چالش‌های حضور روستاییان در نواحی حاشیه‌ای شهری از دیدگاه شهروندان (مطالعه موردی: شهرستان زابل)

در ایران شهرنشینی با روندی سریع و شتابان همراه بوده است، حضور مهاجران روستایی در شهر زابل، به‌عنوان بزرگ‌ترین شهر در منطقه سیستان، جهت رفع مشکلات زندگی، فرار از تنگناهای اقتصادی و کمبودهای خدماتی، مسائل و معضلات عدیده‌ای را در زمینه‌های مختلف برای شهروندان به همراه داشته است. آنچه در این روند حرکتی هدف اصلی پژوهش حاضر می‌باشد، بررسی برخی از چالش‌های ناشی از این جریان در نواحی حاشیه‌ای شهر زابل است. با توجه به اهمیت مسئله، روش‌شناسی تحقیق از نظر هدف، کاربردی و از نظر روش، توصیفی – تحلیلی مبتنی بر پیمایش می‌باشد. جامعه‌ی آماری تحقیق حاضر شهروندان شهر زابل است و حجم نمونه با بهره‌گیری از فرمول کوکران، 383 نفر معین گردید. تجزیه‌وتحلیل اطلاعات، با استفاده از نرم‌افزارهای spss،expert choice & excel انجام پذیرفت. یافته‌های تحقیق حاکی از آن است که وضعیت کیفیت زندگی شهروندان بعد از مهاجرت روستاییان به شهر کاهش ‌یافته است. با توجه به مثبت شدن آماره t در تمام شاخص ها استنتاج می شود مقدار میانگین شاخص‌ها از مقدار حد متوسط بیشتر بوده و سطوح چالش در شاخص‌های مدنظر زیاد و خیلی زیاد می‌باشد. همچنین در تمامی مولفه‌ها، دیدگاه زنان و مردان از چالش ها متفاوت بوده است و بیشترین درصد همبستگی (0.555 = r) میان مولفه‌ی تحولات رفتاری و سبک زندگی و محدودیت‌های اشتغال در سطح اطمینان95% است. لذا پیشنهاد می شود با برنامه ریزی جهت رفع چالش های مهم در شهر و ایجاد نهادی برای سازمان‌دهی جریان‌های مهاجرتی از این چالش ها کاست.

The Study of the Challenges of the Villagers’ Presence in Suburban Areas from the Perspective of Citizens (A Case Study of Zabol)

In Iran urbanization is progressing with a rapid pace. The main reasons of the presence of migrants in the city of Zabol as the largest city in the province of Sistan were solving their life problems, escaping from economic bottlenecks and their lack of service, and this matter has brought numerous problems in various fields to citizens. The main purpose of this research in this trend is to study some of the challenges derived from current trend in the suburban areas of Zabol. Due to the importance of this issue, the methodology of this research from the perspective of goal is practical, and from the perspective of the method is descriptive analysis surveybased .The population of this research were the citizens of Zabol; and the sample which was determined  using Cochran formula included 383 people. The data analysis was performed using the SPSS, Expert Choice and Excel software. The findings of the study revealed that the quality of life of citizens has been reduced after ruralurban migration. Considering the positive T value in all indicators, it can be inferred that the average value of indicators is more than the value and also the level of challenge in the indicators is high to very high. Also in all components, the perspective of men and women toward the challenges were different. The highest percentage of correlation (Sig = 0. 555) was seen in the components of behavioral changes and lifestyle and employment restrictions at 95% level of significance. It is suggested to plan to remove the major challenges existing in the city, and create an institution to organize immigration flows, to reduce these challenges.
