تبیین و تحلیل پایداری فضاهای جمعی و سنجش عوامل موثر برآن (نمونه موردی: پارک خانواده شهر مهاباد)

اهمیت فضاهای عمومی شهری به‌ عنوان یکی از ارکان اصلی توسعه پایدار در زندگی روزمره افراد غیرقابل‌انکار است، بااین‌وجود، به اصول و معیارهای طراحی در طرح های توسعه شهری توجه چندانی نشده است. دراین ‌بین یکی از فضاهایی که بستری جهت انجام ملاقات های محله ای و گذران اوقات فراغت و مشارکت شهروندان و بهبود حیات اجتماعی شهر فراهم می‌آورد، پارک است. بر این اساس پژوهش حاضر که در سال 1397 در پارک خانواده شهر مهاباد به انجام رسیده است، با روش توصیفی-تحلیلی و گردآوری اطلاعات به روش پیمایشی، به بررسی میزان پایداری فضای مورد مطالعه بر اساس شاخص های پایداری فضای جمعی و همچنین سنجش مهم‌ترین عوامل اثر گذار بر ارتقاء پایداری در فضای مذکور پرداخته است. سنجش انجام‌شده توسط آزمون آلفای کرونباخ، پایایی پرسشنامه و نتایج آزمون های kmoو بارتلت، کفایت حجم نمونه و همچنین روایی درونی و ساختاری پرسشنامه را تایید  کردند. نتایج تحلیل های آماری، حاکی از وضعیت ناپایدار فضا در تمامی مولفه‌های بررسی‌شده (به‌جز در مولفه‌های اجتماع پذیری) می باشد. همچنین نتایج مدل معادلات ساختاری با استفاده از نرم افزار pls نیز مشخص ساخت که مولفه‌های مربوط به معیار آسایش و تصویر ذهنی که اشاره به آسایش، آرمش و امنیت فیزیکی و روانی کاربران فضا دارند، با اختلاف، بیشترین تاثیر را بر ارتقاء پایداری در فضای مورد مطالعه دارند. بنابراین جهت ساماندهی و ارتقای پایداری فضا، این دسته از مولفه‌ها می بایست در اولویت تحقق و اجرا قرار گیرند.

Explaining and Analyzing the Stability of Community Spaces and Measuring the Effective Factors (A Case studyof Mahabad Family Park)

The necessity of urban public spaces is undeniable as one of the main pillars of sustainable development in everyday life. Nevertheless, we are witnessing the lack of attention paid to urban planning and design criteria in urban development projects. In the meantime, the park is one of the spheres that provides lodging for community visits, spending leisure time , citizens’ participation, and improving the city’s social life. According to the present study which was carried out in the family park of Mahabad in 2018, using descriptiveanalytical method and data gathering through a survey method, the stability of the understudy space based on indicators such as sustainability of the space, as well as the measurement was investigated. The most important factors affecting the promotion of sustainability in this space have been discussed. Measurement done by Cronbach’s alpha test, reliability of the questionnaire, and the results of KMO and Bartlet tests confirmed the adequacy of the sample size as well as the internal and structural validity of the questionnaire. The results of statistical analysis indicate the unstable condition of space in all of the studied components (except in the components of socialization). Also, the results of structural equation modeling using PLS software showed that components related to comfort and mental image, which refer to comfort, tranquility, and physical and psychological security of space users, have the greatest impact on sustainability improvement in the understudy space. Therefore, in order to organize and strengthen the space, these categories of components will be prioritized and implemented.
