ارزیابی تغییرات کاربری اراضی و پراکنش افقی مناطق شهری با استفاده از تصاویر ماهواره‌ای (مطالعه موردی شهر ماهشهر در مقطع زمانی 1395 1335)

در سال‌های اخیر، اراضی بسیاری از شهرهای ایران مخصوصاً اراضی حاشیه‌ای شهرها تحت تاثیر روند شهرنشینی و نیاز شهروندان به مسکن جدید، تغییر کاربری داده و به اراضی ساخته شده تبدیل شده‌اند. با توجه به اینکه در طی سال‌های اخیر شهر ماهشهر با پدیده مهاجرت مواجه بوده، تغییر و تحولات قابل توجهی را در کاربری اراضی شهری این شهر شاهد هستیم. تحقیق حاضر در پی ارزیابی تغییرات اراضی شهر ماهشهر در طی سال‌های 1335 1395 می‌باشد. از این رو برای پی بردن به نوع و میزان تغییرات رخ داده در منطقه مورد مطالعه تصاویر سنجنده لندست tm, etm, oli / tirs و همچنین تحولات جمعیتی این شهر بین سال‌های 1335 تا 1395 مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفته‌اند. پس از عملیات بارزسازی، برای کشف و ارزیابی تغییرات از روش‌های فازی مبتنی بر شدت انطباقfuzzy artmap استفاده شده است. نتایج به‌دست آمده از این تحقیق نشان داد که، در طی سال‌های 1355 تا 1365 که بیشترین مهاجر پذیری را شهر داشته، مساحت فضای سبز و مساحت مراتع تغییرات چندانی نداشته است؛ اما مطابق با رشد فضای شهری در طی سال‌های 1365 تا 1375 مساحت فضای سبز و مراتع به شدت کاهش یافته است. بنابراین با رشد جمعیت با تاخیر زمانی فضای سبز و مراتع کاهش یافته است. البته از سال‌های 1375 تا 1395 با وجود رشد جمعیت و رشد شهر، فضای سبز نیز افزایش یافته است.

Evaluation of Land Use Changes and Horizontal Distribution of Urban Areas Using Satellite Imagery (A Case Study of Mahshahr during 13951385)

Over the past few years, lands of many cities in Iran, especially marginal lands, have been repurposed due to the urbanization trend and need of citizens for new housing, turning this city parts into lands for construction. Given the facing of Mahshahr city with the phenomenon of immigration in the past years, significant changes have been observed in urban land use of this area. The research aimed to evaluate land changes in Mahshahr city during 19662011. To learn about the type and amount of changes, the Landsat images of TM, ETM, OLI/TIRS and the demographic changes of this city in the period of 19562011 were assessed. After image enhancement, fuzzy methods based on compliance intensity (Fuzzy Artmap) and comparison after classification (Crosstab) were used to detect and evaluate the changes. According to the results of the study, no significant changes have been observed in the area of green spaces and pastures of Mahshahr during 19761986; when the most immigrations to this city occurred. However, given the growth of urban space during 19861996, the area of green spaces and pastures significantly decreased. Therefore, the green spaces and pastures of this city reduced due to population growth with a delay. Nevertheless, there has been an increase in the green space area of the city during 19962006 despite the population and urban area growth.
