همبستگی تهدیدهای امنیتی دفاعی با سطوح توسعه در استان کردستان با رویکرد آمایش سرزمین

با توجه به گستردگی و پیچیدگی روابط داخلی و خارجی در کشورهای مختلف و با توجه به گسترش ناامنی در منطقه، تهدیدهای امنیتیدفاعی از اهمیت بالایی برخوردار است و در استان‌های مرزی از حساسیت بیشتری برخوردارند. حفظ امنیت و گسترش آن در مناطق مرزی از مهم‌ترین دغدغه‌ی کشورها با مرزهای طولانی با همسایگان است. در دیدگاه‌های نوین امنیت‌سازی در ارتباط با مناطق مرزی، بر استراتژی توسعه‌پایدار در این مناطق تاکید می‌کنند. این پژوهش با رویکرد کاربردی، برآن است با روش‌ تحلیلیاکتشافی، به بررسی تهدیدهای امنیتیدفاعی در شهرستان‌های استان کردستان بپردازد و ارتباط بین این تهدیدها و شاخص‌های توسعه را با کمک همبستگی پیرسون بسنجد. اطلاعات این پژوهش از طریق مطالعه اسنادی، کتابخانه‌ای و پرسشنامه‌ای به‌دست آمده است. این پژوهش به بررسی نظریه‌ها در ارتباط با همبستگی امنیت و دفاع با توسعه، در استان کردستان به عنوان نمونه موردی پرداخته است. نتایج پژوهش نشان می‌دهند که بین شاخص‌های امنیتیدفاعی و شاخص‌های بهداشتی‌درمانی و اقتصادی ارتباط معنادار وجود دارد. اما بین تهدیدها و شاخص‌های فرهنگی، حمل و نقل، زیربنایی و مجموع کلیه شاخص‌ها ارتباط معناداری مشاهده نشد. در نهایت نیز به ارائه راهبرد برای استان با کمک نخبگان پرداخته است.

Correlation between SecurityDefense Threats with Developmental Levels in Kurdistan Province Using Spatial Planning Approach

Today, regarding the widespread and complexity of domestic and foreign relations in different countries, as well as the prevalence of insecurity in the region, and especially the presence of ISIS, securitydefense, and threats are of paramount importance. These threats are more sensitive and important in the border provinces. Maintaining security and expanding it in the border areas are among the most important concerns of countries that have a wide variety of borders with their neighbors. New insights on border security emphasize sustainable development strategy in these areas. This applied research aims to investigate securitydefense threats in the cities of Kurdistan province using an analyticalexploratory method. Moreover the study seeks to measure the relationship between these threats and indicators using Pearson correlation. The data of this research were obtained through documentary, library, and questionnaire. This study examines theories regarding the correlation of security and defense with development in Kurdistan province as a case study. The results showed that there is a significant relationship between securitydefense and healtheconomic indicators. But there was no significant relationship between threats and cultural indicators, transportation, infrastructure and all other indicators. Finally, the researchers have suggested a strategy for the province with the help of the elite people.
