ارائه مدل ساختاری به‌منظور بررسی روابط بین مولفه‌های موثر بر ارتقاء تعاملات اجتماعی در خیابان‌های پیاده مدار (مطالعه موردی: خیابان خیام و خیابان سپه قزوین)

با شروع انقلاب صنعتی، اختراع اتومبیل و گسترش شهرها، به‌تدریج اولویت دادن به نقش عابر پیاده و فضای پیاده محصور در شهرها و فضاهای شهری کمرنگ شده و از کیفیات فضایی عرصه‌های عمومی شهر، فضاهای باز شهری و پیاده راه‌ها کاسته شد. امروزه اغلب فضاهای عمومی شهری و خیابان‌ها به دلیل افزایش بی‌رویه وسایل نقلیه و وابستگی الگوی زندگی شهرها به آن‌ها، به‌شدت تحت سلطه ماشین درآمده است. با توجه به شکل‌گیری گام‌های نخست در طراحی خیابان‌های پیاده مدار در ایران و توجه به تاثیر بسیار زیادی که این خیابان‌ها بر شکل‌گیری کمی و کیفی انواع تعاملات اجتماعی و ارتقاء کیفیت زندگی شهروندی دارند، در این مقاله به معرفی و بررسی روابط بین مولفه‌های اصلی ارتقاء تعاملات اجتماعی در خیابان‌های پیاده مدار پرداخته‌شده است. در این راستا تاثیر خوانایی که یکی از مولفه‌های اساسی ارتقاء تعاملات اجتماعی است بر روی مولفه‌های دیگر آن یعنی سرزندگی و ایمنی و امنیت موردبررسی قرار می‌گیرد. پژوهش حاضر از حیث هدف، کاربردی و از حیث روش، پیمایشی محسوب می‌شود. جامعه آماری این پژوهش شهروندان شهر قزوین می‌باشند که ازاین‌بین 200 نفر از عابران خیابان‌های خیام و سپه به‌عنوان جامعه نمونه بصورت نمونه گیری تصادفی انتخاب شدند. در این پژوهش، از پرسشنامه محقق ساخته استفاده شد. شاخص kmo در این تحقیق برابر 0.853 به دست آمد که نشا ن دهنده کفایت نمونه و مناسب بودن تحلیل عاملی برای عوامل است که پس از اطمینان از پایایی و روایی آن، در جامعه نمونه توزیع گردید. جهت تجزیه‌وتحلیل داده‌ها از تکنیک تحلیل عاملی تاییدی و مدل یابی معادلات ساختاری استفاده‌شده است. نتایج تحلیل داده‌ها مدل مفهومی ارائه‌شده را تائید می‌نماید. همچنین نتایج پژوهش نشان‌دهنده تاثیر مثبت و معنادار خوانایی بر سرزندگی و ایمنی و امنیت و تاثیر مثبت و معنادار سرزندگی بر ایمنی و امنیت در جامعه موردمطالعه می‌باشد.

Representing Structural model to analyze relations of effective components on promoting social interactions on the pedestrian oriented streets(Case study: Khayam and Sepah streets of Qazvin)

At the beginning of industrial revolution, invention of cars and expanding the cities gradually prioritizing the role of pedestrian and enclosed pedestrian spaces in cities faded out and space quality of public areas of the city, urban open spaces and sidewalks decreased. Now days most of the urban public spaces and streets are dominated by cars because of indiscriminate increase of vehicles and dependence on pattern of urban life on them. According to formation of the first steps in designing pedestrian oriented streets in Iran and to the huge impact of this kind of streets on making quantitative and qualitative of all sorts of social interactions and increasing citizen’s life quality, in this lecture we will discuss the introduction and review of relations between main components for promoting social interactions on pedestrian oriented streets. In this regard the impact of readability which is one of the main components of promoting social interactions other components like vitality, security and safety are our case studies. This research is a practical research which is done in survey way. The statistical population of this research was chosen among Qazvin citizens and Khayam and Sepah pedestrians were our sample population. In this research we used selfmade questionnaire and after ensuring its stability and validity we distributed it among our sample population. In order to analyze our data, we used confirmatory factor analysis and structural equation modeling. The results of data analyze confirms our concept model. Also the research results are showing positive and meaningful effects of readability on vitality, safety, security, positive and meaningful effects of vitality on safety and security in society, which is our case study.
