سنجش پراکندگی/فشردگی شهر زاهدان طی دوره زمانی 1390-1335

در دهه های اخیر شهرهای ایران مانند بسیاری از شهرهای جهان سوم دچار تحولات چشمگیری شده و در مدت کوتاهی به چندین برابر وسعت اولیه خود رسیده اند. شهر زاهدان نیز طی دوران حیات 100 ساله اش به طور نامتوازنی رشد کرده و گسترش شتابانی را به خود دیده است. رشد 32.5 برابری جمعیت شهر و رشد 34 برابری وسعت آن نسبت به اولین سرشماری بیانگر این مساله می باشد. به طوری که توسعه این شهر در جهت افقی بوده و گسترش مداوم ساخت و سازهای شهری سبب رشد بی قواره شهر شده است. بر این اساس، در پژوهش حاضر رابطه بین جمعیت و میزان رشد و پراکندگی شهری در زاهدان با استفاده از مدل های آنتروپی شانون و هلدرن و ضریب far مورد بررسی قرار گرفته است. یافته های پژوهش نشان می دهد، طبق مدل هلدرن زاهدان در طول دوره مورد مطالعه دارای رشد بی قواره شهری (اسپرال) بوده است. مقادیر ضریب آنتروپی نیز بیانگر رشد پراکنده (اسپرال) شهر زاهدان است. با توجه به گسترش شکاف ارزش آنتروپی ناشی از رشد افقی و اسپرال شهر، الگوی شهر هوشمند و فشرده به عنوان الگوی مطلوب گسترش آتی زاهدان تشخیص داده شده است.

Assessing the sprawl / compact of the city of Zahedan during the period 1375 – 1390

In recent decades, Iran's cities, such as other cities of the third world countries have encountered significant transformations and in a shortterm period, they have reached the manifold of their primary widths. Zahedan, during its 100 year life, has developed in an unbalanced way and has faced a quick development. The 32.5 time development of its population and 34 time development of its width indicate this issue compared to the first census in such a way that the development of this city has been in the horizontal direction and the continuous development of urban constructions have caused the ugly development of the city. Accordingly, in the present study, the correlation between the population and the amount of development and urban sprawl is investigated in Zahedan city using Shannon's and Holden's Entropy Models and Floor Area Ratio (FAR). The findings of the research indicate that according to Holden's model, Zahedan has been suffering the ugly urban development (sprawl) during the period of conducting the study. The entropy coefficient scores indicate the sprawl of Zahedan. Regarding the development of the value gap due to horizontal development and urban sprawl, theSmart and Compact City model is considered as a desired one for future expansion of Zahedan.
