اثر عصاره متانولی میوه گیاه قره قاط بر میزان گلوکز، شاخص های اکسیداتیو، کلسترول و hdl در رت های نر دیابتی

سابقه و هدف: گیاه قره قاط (vaccinium arctostaphylos l) یکی از گیاهان دارویی است که برای درمان دیابت استفاده می شود. هدف از مطالعه حاضر بررسی اثرات عصاره متانولی میوه گیاه قره قاط بر میزان گلوکز، شاخص های زیستی اکسیداتیو، hdl وکلسترول در رت های دیابتی نرنژاد ویستاراست. مواد و روش ها: در این مطالعه تجربی، تعداد 24 سر موش صحرایی نر نژاد ویستار، در گروه های کنترل سالم ،کنترل دیابتی وگروه های دیابتی تیمار شده با عصاره متانولی با دوزهایmg/kgbw150وmg/kg bw 250 تقسیم شدند. تاثیر 30 روز تزریق درون صفاقی عصاره متانولی میوه قره قاط بر پارا مترهای بیوشیمیایی خون بعد از القاء دیابت در رت ها با تزریق درون صفاقی استرپتوزوتوسین به صورت تک دوز به میزانmg/kg/bw 60 مورد بررسی قرار گرفت.یافته ها: مقایسه گروه های دیابتی تیمار با عصاره میوه گیاه قره قاط نشان داد که موثرترین غلظت در کاهش گلوکز ، افزایش hdl ، افزایش فعالیت پاراکسوناز،کاهش مالون دی آلدئید و کاهش وزن مربوط به عصاره متانولی با غلظت mg/kg250 وموثرترین غلظت عصاره در کاهش کلسترول و کاهش پروتئین کربونیل مربوط به عصاره متانولی با غلظتmg/kg 150 می باشد(05/0>p).نتیجه گیری: این مطالعه نشان داد که عصاره متانولی میوه گیاه قره قاط قادر به کاهش اثرات منفی دیابت بر بسیاری از فاکتور های بیوشیمیایی است وپس از بروز تغییرات ناشی از القاء دیابت می تواند این علائم را بهبود بخشد و نقش درمانی از خود نشان دهد.

The aim of present study is to determine The effects of Vaccinium arctostaphylos L. fruit Methanolic extract on the levels of glucose, oxidation indicators, HDL and cholesterol in diabetic rats (Wistar).Materials and methods: In this experimental research, 24 male wistar rats divided into groups (healthy control, diabetic control , diabetic groups feeding with methanol extract at doses 150 mg/kg bw and 250 mg/kgbw. The effect of 30 days intraperitoneal injection Vaccinium arctostaphylos L. Fruit Methanolic, extract at the doses of 250 mg/kgbw, 150mg/kgbw on the blood biochemical parameters , after single STZ 60 mg/kgbw intraperitoneal injection in diabetic Wistar male rats was done.Results: the Findings comparison groups diabetic rats Feeded with the extract of Qaraqat fruit extract shows that the most effective in reducing glucose levels and increase HDL and paraoxonase activity and reducing malondialdehyde and weight loss of related to methanol extract concentration 250 mg/kg most effective exteract in reducing cholesterol, protein carbonyl methanol extract concentration 150 mg/kg (P <0/05).Conclusion: This study demonstrated that Qaraqat fruit extract able to decrease the negative effects of diabetes on Biochemistery factors after induction of diabetesinduced changes can improve symptoms and Therapeutic role of show.
