بررسی موانع رعایت اصول آسپتیک در اتاق عمل،یک مطالعه‌ی کیفی پدیدار شناسی

مقدمه: با وجودی که رعایت اصول آسپتیک در اتاق عمل نقش مهمی در جلوگیری از عفونت های محل جراحی و کاهش هزینه ها دارد، ولی گاهیاوقات مورد بی توجهی قرار می گیرد. استفاده از تجربیات ارزشمند کارکنان اتاق عمل در این خصوص بسیار مفید است. هدف از مطالعه حاضر بررسیتجربیات کارکنان اتاق عمل در خصوص موانع رعایت اصول آسپتیک و عوامل موثر بر رعایت آن در اتاق عمل بود. روش کار: پژوهش حاضر یک مطالعه کیفی پدیدارشناسی بود که در اتاق عمل بیمارستان های دانشگاه علوم پزشکی مازندران انجام شد. کارکنان اتاق عمل و بی هوشی با مدرک کاردانی و بالاتر و سابقه حداقل یک سال فعالیت در اتاق عمل به شرط رضایت وارد مطالعه شدند. مصاحبه به صورت مستقیم با سوالات نیمه ساختار یافته بود که تا اشباع اطلاعات ادامه یافت. برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها از روش هفت مرحله ای کلایزی استفاده شد. یافته ها: در مجموع از تحلیل تجارب شرکت کنندگان در ارتباط با عوامل و موانع رعایت نکات آسپتیک، 007 گویه شناسایی شد که به ده زیرطبقه تقسیم و در نهایت دو درون مایه اصلی پدیدار شد که شامل: نکات مربوط به اصول و فنون اتاق عمل و نکات مربوط به حفظ سلامت بیمار بود. نتیجه گیری: با توجه به طبقات اصلی و زیرطبقات مشخص شده در این پژوهش، در موارد متعددی رعایت موارد آسپتیک به صورت تجربی بوده و ضرورت دارد برای اجرای کامل اصول آن توسط کارکنان در راستای پیشگیری هر چه بهتر عفونت، دستورالعمل های استاندارد و به روز شده به روش مناسبی به آگاهی دست اندرکاران مرتبط برسد.

investigation of aseptic tips observation in the operating room, a qualitative phenomenological study

introduction: following aseptic principles in the operating room plays an important role in preventing surgical site infections and reducing costs, but may sometimes be neglected. gaining invaluable experiences of operating room staff is helpful. the study aimed to determine the experiences of operating room personnel about aseptic principles observation obstacles and factors affecting its observation in the operating room. materials and methods: this is a qualitative phenomenological study that has been performed in the mazandaran university of medical sciences hospitals operating room. the operating room and anesthesia staff with an associate degree and more and at least one year of experience in the operating room were included in the study, voluntarily. the direct interview was in the form of semi-structured questions and this has been continued until the information saturation. colaizzi 7-step method was used to analyze the data. results: overall, from the analysis of participants’ experiences related to the factors that affect the aseptic points and also their obstacles, 220 items were identified, which were divided into 10 subcategories, and finally 2 main themes emerged, including tips on operating room principles and techniques and tips on maintaining the patient's health.conclusion: according to the sub-classes and main classes of this research about aseptic principles observation obstacles, in many cases, aseptic principles are observed experimentally. to fully implement the principles by personnel they must to be aware of the updated and standard instructions to prevent the infection with an appropriate method
