برآورد پوشش مراجعه بیماران مبتلا به سرطان پستان به مرکز تحقیقات سرطان شهرستان جهرم از سال 1395 تا 1398

مقدمه: مرکز تحقیقات سرطان جهرم مرکز نوپایی است که از سال 1395 شروع به کار کرده است. هدف از مطالعه حاضر برآورد پوشش مراجعه بیماران به این مرکز و تعیین حساسیت سیستم ثبت سرطان معاونت بهداشتی طی سال های 1390-1398 بوده است. روش کار: اطلاعات بیماران مبتلا به سرطان پستان از سه منبع ثبت داده(مرگ، سیستم ثبت معاونت بهداشتی و مرکز تحقیقات سرطان) استخراج شده است. با استفاده از روش مدل سازی log linear تعداد موارد صحیح سرطان پستان طی سال های مطالعه برآورد شد. پوشش مراجعه بیماران به مرکز تحقیقات سرطان و حساسیت سیستم ثبت بر اساس تعداد موارد برآورد شده محاسبه شد. یافته ها: در بررسی حاضر 164 مورد سرطان پستان در سیستم ثبت سرطان و 205مورد در مرکز تحقیقات سرطان و بر اساس نتایج مدل سازی 280مورد ابتلا از سال 1390 تا 1398 برآورد شده است. ارزیابی کیفی سیستم ثبت نشان داد 12 %داده های سیستم ثبت سرطان انحصارا بر اساس داده های مرگ، کد ملی 76%، محل تولد 43/6% و سن بیماران 100% موارد موجود بود. حساسیت سیستم ثبت سرطان پستان 53/9% برآورد شد. حدود 62% بیماران مبتلا به سرطان پستان ساکن شهرستان جهرم تحت پوشش این مرکز درمانی بوده اند. نتیجه گیری: بررسی حاضر نشان دهنده پوشش قابل قبول بیماران مبتلا به سرطان پستان در مرکز تحقیقات سرطان بوده، اما حساسیت سیستم ثبت سرطان پستان با وجود ثبت جمعیتی پایین می باشد. افزایش تعامل و همکاری بین بخشی معاونت بهداشتی و مرکز تحقیقات سرطان می تواند تاثیر قابل توجهی بر افزایش پوشش ثبت سرطان داشته باشد.

estimate the coverage of breast cancer patients referred to cancer research center in jahrom city from 2016 to 2019

introduction: jahrom cancer research center is a neo-center that has been get started since 2016 and so far no study has been done to determine the coverage of patients referred to this center. the aim of this study was to estimate the percentage of patients referred to the cancer research center and in addition to determine the sensitivity of the cancer registration system during the study years.methodsin this study, the information of breast cancer patients has been extracted from three data sources (death, cancer registration system and cancer research center). the corrected number of cases of breast cancer was estimated using log linear method, during the study years. the percentage of patients referred to the cancer research center and the sensitivity of the registration system were calculated based on the estimated number of cases.resultsin the study, 205 patients with breast cancer referred to the cancer research center between 2016 and 2019, and the coverage of breast cancer patients by this center were 62%. the sensitivity of the breast cancer registration system was estimated to be 53.9% in jahrom university of medical sciences.conclusionthe present study showed that a relatively acceptable percentage of breast cancer patients referred to this center. but the sensitivity of the breast cancer registration system is low despite the population base cancer registry system. increasing interaction and cooperation between the cancer registry system and the cancer research center could have a significant impact on increasing the sensitivity of cancer registry system.
