بررسی فراوانی شکایات از پزشکان جراح پلاستیک ارجاع شده به سازمان پزشکی قانونی استان فارس بین سال های 1392 تا 1399

مقدمه: امروزه افزایش تلاش افراد برای زیبا شدن و جوان سازی، منجر به ترویج جراحی های پلاستیک شده که زمینه را برای افزایش احتمال بروز خطا و به دنبال آن نارضایتی بیماران از نتایج به دست آمده آماده کرده است. بنابراین، مطالعه حاضر با هدف بررسی فراوانی شکایات از پزشکان جراح پلاستیک ارجاع شده به سازمان پزشکی قانونی استان فارس بین سال های 1392 تا 1399 انجام شد. روش کار: مطالعه حاضر از نوع توصیفی بوده و بر اساس تحلیل دوباره داده ها انجام شد. با بررسی پرونده های موجود در پزشکی قانونی استان فارس، در مجموع از 132 پرونده ارجاع شده به این سازمان موجود در کمیسیون جراحی پلاستیک، 58 مورد مربوط به شکایت از جراحان پلاستیک بود. داده ها با استفاده از چک لیست جمع آوری و با کمک نرم افزار spss نسخه 21 تحلیل شدند. یافته ها: بررسی 58 پرونده نشان داد که 49 نفر از شاکیان (84/5 درصد) زن و بقیه (15/5درصد) مرد هستند. بیشترین نوع مرکز درمانی طرف شکایت، بیمارستان های خصوصی با 28 پرونده(48/3 درصد)و پس از آن بیمارستان های دولتی با 22 پرونده (37/9 درصد) بود. مطب های خصوصی نیز 6 پرونده (10/3درصد) را شامل شد. از بین 58 نفر متشاکی، 24 نفر(41/4درصد) تبرئه و 34 نفر (58/6درصد) محکوم به قصور شده بودند. تعداد 55 مورد (94/8درصد) از متشاکیان مرد و بقیه زن بودند. بیشترین علت قصور، عدم مهارت 66/6 درصد (16 پرونده) و پس از آن بی احتیاطی، 20/8 درصد و قصور مرکب، 8/3 درصد بود. همچنین بیشترین دلیل شکایت، نقص زیبایی (58/6 درصد) بود. نتیجه گیری: به طور کلی این مطالعه نشان داد که بیشترین علت شکایت از جراحان پلاستیک نقص زیبایی و عدم رضایت از نتایج عمل بوده و این امر جراحان پلاستیک را ملزم به تفهیم بهتر نتایج عمل برای بیمار می کند. همچنین بیشترین علت قصور، عدم مهارت بود که نشان دهنده اهمیت کسب مهارت توسط جراحان است.

frequency of litigations from plastic surgeon physician's refering to fars provience forensic medicine organization between 2013 and 2020

introduction: today, increasing people's efforts for beauty and rejuvenation has led to the promotion of plastic surgery, which has provided the basis for increasing the likelihood of error and increasing patients' dissatisfaction with the results. therefore, this study was conducted to investigate the frequency of complaints from plastic surgeons referring to the forensic medicine organization of fars province between 2013 and 2020. material and methods: the present study was a descriptive study based on re-analysis of data. examining the existing cases in the forensic medicine of fars province, a total of 132 cases referred to this organization were in the plastic surgery commission, of which 58 were related to complaints from plastic surgeons. data were collected using a checklist and the results were analyzed using spss software version 21 and descriptive statistics tests. results: in the review of 58 cases, the results showed that 49 of the complainants (84.5%) were female and 9 (15.5%) were male. the most common type of medical center was a private hospital with 28 cases (48.3%), followed by a public hospital with 22 cases (37.9%) and a private office with 6 cases (10.3%). out of 58 suspects, 24 (41.4%) were acquitted and 34 (58.6%) were convicted of negligence, and 55 (94.8%) were male and 3 (5.2%) were female. the most common cause of negligence was incompetence, which included 16 cases (66.6%) followed by carelessness with 20.8% and compound negligence (8.3%); also, the most common cause of complaints was cosmetic defects with 58.6%. conclusion: in general, this study showed that the most common reason for complaining to plastic surgeons is cosmetic defects and dissatisfaction with the results of the operation, and this requires plastic surgeons to better understand the results of the operation for the patient; also, the most common cause of incompetence was the lack of skills, which indicates the importance of skills acquisition by surgeons
