واکاوی رابطه بین پیشران‌های شهر هوشمند و امنیت شهری پایدار در شهر سمنان

اهداف: امنیت یکی از اصلی‌ترین نیازهای بشر بوده و شهرهای کنونی جهان به دلیل افزایش جمعیت و پیچیده‌ترشدن، دشواری‌های بیشتری در راه تحقق امنیت دارند. هدف کلی این مطالعه واکاوی رابطه بین پیشران‌های شهر هوشمند و امنیت شهری پایدار در شهر سمنان بود. روش‌شناسی: این مطالعه روابط بین ابعاد شهر هوشمند و امنیت شهری را با استفاده از روش توصیفی همبستگی در سال 1403 در شهر سمنان بررسی کرد. داده‌ها از طریق توزیع پرسش‌نامه بین 384 نفر جمع‌آوری شد. برای تجزیه و تحلیل، از آزمون همبستگی پیرسون، رگرسیون چندگانه و آزمون t تک نمونه‌ای استفاده شد. یافته‌ها: ابعاد مختلف شهر هوشمند تاثیرهای متفاوتی بر امنیت شهری در سمنان داشتند. شهروندان، محیط هوشمند و جابه‌جایی هوشمند بیشترین تاثیر مثبت را بر امنیت شهری داشتند. در مقابل، حکومت هوشمند و پویایی هوشمند نیاز به بازنگری و اصلاح داشتند. همچنین 58% از واریانس امنیت شهری توسط ابعاد شهر هوشمند تبیین شده و رابطه قوی میان این ابعاد و امنیت شهری وجود داشت. علاوه بر این، وضعیت امنیت شهری در سمنان از حد انتظار پایین‌تر بود و این تفاوت آماری معنادار بود.نتیجه‌گیری: ابعاد مختلف شهر هوشمند به‌ویژه شهروندان، محیط هوشمند و جابه‌جایی هوشمند تاثیر قابل توجهی بر امنیت شهری دارند، در حالی که ابعاد حکومت هوشمند و پویایی هوشمند نیاز به تقویت و اصلاح داشتند تا امنیت شهری بهبود یابد.

exploring the relationship between smart city drivers and sustainable urban security in semnan

introduction: security is one of the fundamental needs of humans, and due to population growth and increasing complexity, today’s cities face more challenges in achieving security. the overall aim of this study was to explore the relationship between smart city drivers and sustainable urban security in the city of semnan.methodology: this research employed a descriptive correlational method to investigate the relationships between smart city dimensions and urban security in 2024 in semnan. data were collected through a questionnaire from 384 participants. for analysis, pearson correlation, multiple regression, and one-sample t-test were used. the results revealed that the dimensions of citizens, smart environment, and smart mobility had the most positive impact on urban security, while the dimensions of smart governance and smart dynamics need strengthening.findings: various dimensions of the smart city had different impacts on urban security in semnan. citizens, smart environment, and smart mobility had the most positive impact on urban security and should be strengthened in policy-making. on the other hand, smart governance and smart dynamics needed revision and improvement. 58% of the variance in urban security was explained by the dimensions of the smart city, indicating a strong relationship between these dimensions and urban security. additionally, the urban security status in semnan was found to be below expectations, and this difference is statistically significant.conclusion: various dimensions of a smart city, especially citizens, smart environment, and smart mobility, have a significant impact on urban security, while the dimensions of smart governance and smart dynamics require strengthening and improvement to enhance urban security.
