سامان‌دهی کاربری‌های حاشیه رودخانه‌های شهری به منظور توسعه گردشگری پایدار در رودخانه‌های شهر نور

اهداف: هدف این مطالعه بررسی اثرات معیارهای سامان‌دهی کاربری‌های حاشیه رودخانه در شهر نور در سال 1403 بود.روش‌شناسی: این پژوهش از نوع کاربردی و توصیفی تحلیلی است که در شهر نور در سال 1403 انجام شده است. جامعه آماری شامل شهروندان و کارشناسان مدیریت شهری و گردشگری است که از آن، 379 نفر با روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی ساده و بر اساس فرمول کوکران انتخاب شدند. داده‌ها با استفاده از پرسش‌نامه‌ای بر پایه شاخص‌های مرتبط و طیف لیکرت پنج درجه‌ای جمع‌آوری شد. روایی و پایایی ابزار با تایید متخصصان و آلفای کرونباخ بالای 0/7 تضمین شد. تحلیل داده‌ها با نرم‌افزار spss و آزمون‌های تی تک نمونه‌ای و فریدمن جهت ارزیابی و اولویت‌بندی معیارها انجام شد.یافته‌ها: معیارهای امکانات رفاهی و تفریحی، مباحث اقتصادی، محیط زیست، حمایت نهادی و قانونی، و مشارکت عمومی پایین‌تر از میانگین مطلوب بوده و نقاط ضعف قابل توجهی داشتند. اما معیارهای کالبد و زیرساخت‌ها و امنیت و حفاظت بالاتر از میانگین بودند و نقش مثبتی در توسعه پایدار گردشگری داشتند. مدل مفهومی ارایه‌شده بر تعادل میان ابعاد طبیعی، اقتصادی، اجتماعی، و مدیریتی تاکید داشت.نتیجه‌گیری: کاربری اراضی حاشیه رودخانه‌های شهری در شهر نور دارای نقاط ضعف قابل‌توجهی در زمینه امکانات تفریحی و اقتصادی، پایداری زیست‌محیطی، حمایت نهادی و مشارکت عمومی است که همگی کمتر از سطح مطلوب ارزیابی شده‌اند. در مقابل، زیرساخت‌ها و تدابیر امنیتی موثر بوده و در توسعه گردشگری پایدار نقش مثبتی ایفا کرده‌اند.

urban riverbank land use management for sustainable tourism development in rivers of noor city

aims: the aim of this study was to examine the effects of organizing criteria for land uses along the riverbanks in the city of noor in 2024.methodology: this research is applied and descriptive-analytical in nature, conducted in the city of noor in 2024. the statistical population includes citizens and experts in urban management and tourism. a total of 379 individuals were selected through simple random sampling based on cochran’s formula. data were collected using a questionnaire based on relevant indices and a five-point likert scale. the validity and reliability of the instrument were ensured through expert validation and a cronbach’s alpha coefficient greater than 0.7. data analysis was performed using spss software, with one-sample t-tests and friedman tests used to evaluate and prioritize the criteria.findings: the criteria for recreational and welfare facilities, economic aspects, environmental factors, institutional and legal support, and public participation were found to be below the desired average, indicating significant weaknesses. in contrast, the criteria for physical infrastructure, security, and protection were above the average and played a positive role in sustainable tourism development. the proposed conceptual model emphasized the balance between natural, economic, social, and managerial dimensions.conclusion: urban riverbank land use in noor city has significant weaknesses in recreational and economic facilities, environmental sustainability, institutional support, and public participation, all scoring below desired levels. conversely, infrastructure and security measures were found effective, aiding sustainable tourism development.
