نقش مشارکت مردمی در بهسازی بافت فرسوده در بخش مرکزی شهر گرگان

اهداف: در این مطالعه تاثیر مشارکت مردمی بر بهسازی بافت فرسوده مرکز شهر گرگان و انتظام سایر بافت‌های شهری بررسی شد.روش‌شناسی: این پژوهش از نوع پیمایشی بوده و در سال 1403 در شهر گرگان به انجام رسید. ابزار پژوهش پرسش‌نامه بود. برای تهیه پرسش‌نامه، به بررسی میدانی و مطالعه طرح‌های جامع شهر گرگان پرداخته شد. پرسش‌نامه مورد نظر با 26 سوال بر اساس طیف 4 گزینه‌ای لیکرت طراحی شد. پایایی پرسش‌نامه با استفاده از ضریب آلفای کرونباخ 70% حساب شد. روایی پرسش‌نامه از طریق توزیع پرسش‌نامه بین 21 نفر از اساتید دانشگاهی بررسی شد. جامعه آماری تعداد واحد مسکونی فرسوده مرکز شهر یعنی 1040 واحد بود. از این رو در این پژوهش حجم نمونه براساس روش تصادفی ساده و با استفاده فرمول کوکران برابر با تعداد 280 نفر از سرپرستان خانوار این واحدها تعیین شد. برای تحلیل داده‌ها از روش‌های ahp و swot استفاده شد. یافته‌ها: مشارکت در بهسازی و باز زنده‌سازی بافت فرسوده مرکزی شهر گرگان منجر به انتظام فضایی، تقویت هویت و تعلق خاطر به محلات مرکزی و مانعی برای توسعه افقی بی‌رویه شهر گرگان بود. استفاده از مدل ahp نشان داد که از بین ابعاد مورد بررسی در تاثیر مشارکت در بهسازی و باز زنده‌سازی بافت فرسوده مرکزی شهر گرگان در انتظام فضایی سایر بافت‌های شهر گرگان، بُعد فعالیت (عملکرد) در اولویت قرار دارد.نتیجه‌گیری: مشارکت مردمی بر بازسازی بافت فرسوده مرکزی شهر گرگان و انتظام فضایی سایر بافت‌های شهری تاثیر مثبتی دارد. 

investigating the role of public participation in the improvement and revitalization of the worn-out fabric of the city center in gorgan

aims: the objective of this investigation was to examine the impacts of advancement and revitalization of gorgan, as well as the influence of participation on the city’s reconstruction.methodology: this survey was conducted in gorgan city during the years 2023-2024. to develop the criteria and subcriteria for the questionnaire, a thorough examination of gorgan city’s comprehensive plans was performed. the questionnaire consisted of 26 questions and utilized a 4-point likert scale. the questionnaire’s reliability was assessed through the calculation of cronbach’s alpha coefficient, resulting in a value of 70%. in order to determine the questionnaire’s validity, it was distributed to 21 university professors. the statistical population comprised 1040 deteriorated residential units in the city center. consequently, a sample size of 280 households was determined for this research, employing the simple random sampling method with cochran’s formula. the data analysis was carried out utilizing the ahp and swot methods.findings: the engagement in the restoration of the deteriorated core structure of gorgan city has resulted in the adaptation of space, reinforcement of identity and sense of belonging to the central neighborhoods, as well as a hindrance to the expansion of gorgan city horizontally. the influence of participation in the reconstruction of gorgan city’s worn-out core structure and the organization of other urban structures of gorgan city were prioritized using the analytic hierarchy process (ahp) model and the performance dimension.conclusion: public participation has a positive impact on the reconstruction of gorgan city’s worn-out core structure and the organization of other urban structures.
