رتبه‌بندی وضعیت ساختمان و مسکن استان‌های ایران با استفاده از شاخص انتخاب ارجحیت

اهداف: مسکن یکی از ابعاد اساسی و مهم کیفیت زندگی برای نیل به توسعه پایدار شهری و منطقه‌ای است و نقشی حیاتی در توسعه اقتصادی کشورها دارد. از آنجا که نیاز به مسکن یکی از اساسی‌ترین نیازهای انسانی است، این پژوهش، با هدف رتبه‌بندی وضعیت صنعت ساختمان و مسکن در ایران انجام شد.روش‌شناسی: در این مطالعه گذشته‌نگر، داده‌های صنعت ساختمان و مسکن در سال 1398 در 31 استان ایران، از طریق سالنامه‌های آماری جمع‌‌آوری شد. تحلیل شاخص‌های این صنعت با استفاده از شاخص انتخاب ارجحیت که یکی از جدیدترین تکنیک‌های تصمیم‌گیری چندشاخصه است، انجام شد. یافته‌ها: استان‌های تهران و اصفهان با شاخص‌های انتخاب ارجحیت به‌ترتیب 7076/0 و 5747/0 در گروه ارجحیت خیلی زیاد قرار گرفتند و وضعیت شاخص‌های ساختمان و مسکن در این استان‌ها خوب ارزیابی شد. استان‌های بوشهر، گلستان، سمنان، ایلام و کهگیلویه و بویراحمد با شاخص‌های انتخاب ارجحیت به‌ترتیب 0632/0، 0624/0، 0537/0، 0303/0 و 0276/0 در گروه ارجحیت کم قرار داشتند و وضعیت نماگرهای ساختمان و مسکن در آنها بد بود. نتیجه‌گیری: شاخص انتخاب ارجحیت، روش مناسبی برای رتبه‌بندی وضعیت ساختمان و مسکن در ایران است. استان‌های تهران و اصفهان بهترین و ایلام و کهگیلویه و بویراحمد بدترین وضعیت ساختمان و مسکن را دارند. 

ranking of building and housing conditions in iran's provinces using the preference selection index

aims: housing is one of the basic and important dimensions of quality of life to achieve development, it is urban and regional stable and plays a vital role in the economic development of society. since the need for housing is one of the most basic human needs, this research it was done with the aim of ranking the status of construction and housing industry in iran.methodology: in this retrospective study, the data of the construction and housing industry in 2018 was collected in 31 provinces of iran through statistical yearbooks. analysis the indicators of this industry using the preference selection index which is one of the latest multi-criteria decision-making techniques were carried out.findings: tehran and isfahan provinces were placed in the very preferred group with preference selection index of 0.7076 and 0.5747 respectively, and the condition of building and housing indicators in these provinces was evaluated as good. the provinces of bushehr, golestan, semnan, ilam, kohgiluyeh and boyar ahmad were in the low preference group with preference selection index of 0.0632, 0.0624, 0.0537, 0.0303 and 0.0276 respectively, and the condition of building and their housing was bad.conclusion: preference selection index is a suitable method for ranking the situation building and housing in iran. the provinces of tehran and isfahan are best and ilam and kohgiluyeh and boyer ahmad have the worst condition of buildings and housing.
