انسجام فرم کالبدی از منظر ارتباط ‌پذیری؛ مطالعه موردی شیراز

اهداف و زمینه‌ ها: طرح‌های توسعه شهری سعی در بازگرداندن پویایی و سرزندگی به ‏بافت‌های شهری دارند؛ اما بی توجهی به ساختار موجود و ‏الگوبرداری از طرح‌های پیشین سبب شده تا تعریف فرم پایدار ‏شهری به چالشی برای برنامه‌ریزان شهری بدل شود.‏ هدف این مقاله تبیین شکل منسجم شیراز مبتنی بر مفهوم «ارتباط‌پذیری» بود. روش ‌شناسی: این پژوهش توصیفی-تحلیلی به روش اسنادی و میدانی در سال 1400 انجام شد. این مطالعه در شیراز انجام شد و حجم نمونه بلوک‌های شهری و خیابانی و پهنه‌های عملکردی مناطق 11‌گانه این شهر بود. یافته‌ ها: مراکز ارتباط‌ پذیر شهر از نظر هندسی و عملکردی تا هنگامی که تمام تاثیرات بین مراکز در حوزه واحد اتفاق می‌افتد بر یکدیگر تاثیر می‌گذارند. بنابراین قبل از اعمال تغییرات در فرم کالبدی هر یک از مناطق شهر شیراز، باید تبعات آن در موضع‌های متاثر مدنظر واقع شود. این تبعات با توجه به موقعیت موضع مدنظر نسبت به اولویت تاثیرگذاری حوزه نفوذ عدد مرز هر بلوک، تاثیرگذاری در مراکز شبکه پیچیده و مراکز ارتباط‌پذیر، ساختار نامنظم، کنترل و ارتقای ساخت‌وساز، جمعیت و میزان برخورداری از شاخص‌های مختلف اقتصادی، اجتماعی، فرهنگی و کالبدی، بررسی می‌شود.نتیجه ‌گیری: در فرآیند برنامه‌ریزی شهری، نباید تغییرات در هریک از مناطق را به ‌عنوان یک منطقه، مستقل قلمداد کرد و ضرورت دارد الگوی ارتباط‌پذیری در برنامه‌ریزی و مدیریت توسعه شهری را  برای سازمان‌دهی منظم مورد توجه قرار داد و اثرات آنها را در راستای دستیابی به انسجام در فرم بکار برد.

physical form coherence from connectivity point of view; case study of shiraz, iran

aims: urban development plans try to restore dynamism and vitality to urban contexts, but the lack of existing structure and modeling of previous plans has made the definition of sustainable urban form a challenge for urban planners. the purpose of this article was to explain the coherent form of shiraz based on the concept of connectivity. methodology: this descriptive-analytical research was conducted by documentary and field method in 2021. this study was conducted in shiraz and the sample size was urban and street blocks and functional zones of 11 districts of this city.findings: the interconnected centers of the city geometrically and functionally affect each other as long as all the effects occur between the centers in a single area. therefore, before applying changes in the physical form of each area of shiraz, its consequences should be considered in the affected area. these consequences are due to the position of the position in relation to the priority of influencing the influence of the boundary number of each block, influence in complex network centers and interconnected centers, irregular structure, control and promotion of construction, population and the extent of various economic and social indicators, culturally, and physically examined.conclusion: in the process of urban planning, changes in each region should not be considered as an independent region and the pattern of interoperability in urban development planning and management should be considered for regular organization and their effects in order to achieve use coherence in form.
