الگوی تصمیم‌گیری کشاورزان در انتخاب و تغییر الگوی کشت با تاکید بر سازگاری با تغییرات اقلیمی (مطالعه موردی: آذربایجان شرقی)

تغییرات اقلیمی به عنوان یکی از مهم‌ترین چالش‌های قرن حاضر، ساختار تولیدات کشاورزی را در بسیاری از کشورها، به‌ویژه کشورهای در حال توسعه، دستخوش تغییرات بنیادین کرده است. انتخاب و تغییر الگوی کشت یکی از مهم‌ترین راهبردهای سازگاری کشاورزان با این پدیده است. پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی عوامل موثر بر الگوی تصمیم‌گیری کشاورزان در انتخاب و تغییر الگوی کشت با تاکید بر سازگاری با تغییرات اقلیمی در استان آذربایجان شرقی انجام شده است. این پژوهش از نظر هدف، کاربردی و از نظر روش، توصیفی‌‌تحلیلی است و برای تحلیل داده‌ها از مدل معادلات ساختاری (sem) استفاده شد. داده‌های میدانی از طریق پرسشنامه از 278 کشاورز به روش نمونه‌گیری طبقه‌ای گردآوری شد. نتایج نشان داد که متغیرهای اقلیمی، اقتصادی، اجتماعی‌فرهنگی و مدیریتی‌‌فنی بر تصمیم‌گیری کشاورزان تاثیر مستقیم و غیرمستقیم دارند. در این میان، درک ریسک اقلیمی و حمایت‌های دولتی به‌عنوان متغیرهای میانجی، نقش بسیار مهمی در شکل‌گیری رفتار تطبیقی ایفا می‌کنند. یافته‌ها بر اهمیت برنامه‌ریزی‌های آموزشی، ارتقاء ظرفیت ذهنی کشاورزان و توسعه حمایت‌های نهادی برای تسهیل تصمیم‌گیری سازگار با اقلیم تاکید دارند. این مطالعه می‌تواند مبنایی برای سیاست‌گذاری‌های منطقه‌ای در حوزه مدیریت پایدار منابع کشاورزی و امنیت غذایی باشد.

decision-making patterns of farmers in selecting and changing cropping patterns with emphasis on adaptation to climate change (case study: east azerbaijan)

climate change, as one of the most significant challenges of the present century, has fundamentally transformed agricultural production structures in many countries, particularly developing nations. selection and modification of cropping patterns represent one of farmers’ most important strategies for adapting to this phenomenon. the present research aims to investigate factors influencing farmers’ decision making patterns in selecting and changing cropping patterns with emphasis on adaptation to climate change in east azerbaijan province. this research is applied in terms of purpose and descriptive analytical in methodology, utilizing structural equation modeling (sem) for data analysis. field data were collected through questionnaires from 278 farmers using stratified sampling. results indicated that climatic, economic, socio cultural, and technical managerial variables have both direct and indirect effects on farmers’ decision making. among these factors, climate risk perception and governmental support, as mediating variables, play crucial roles in shaping adaptive behavior. the findings emphasize the importance of educational planning, enhancing farmers’ mental capacity, and developing institutional support to facilitate climate adaptive decision making. this study can serve as a foundation for regional policymaking in sustainable agricultural resource management and food security.
