رتبه بندی عوامل کلیدی موفقیت فعالیت‌های برون‌سپاری خدمات نگهداری و تعمیرات دانشگاه‌ها با استفاده از رویکرد فازی (مورد مطالعه: دانشگاه سمنان)

برون‌سپاری در صورتی که به درستی صورت پذیرد منافع بی‌شماری را برای سازمان به همراه دارد و در صورتی که اصول برون‌سپاری به درستی رعایت نگردد و تصمیمات عجولانه گرفته شود خسارات جبران‌ناپذیری به دنبال دارد. این پژوهش به شناسایی و اولویت‌بندی عوامل کلیدی موفقیت فعالیت‌های برون‌سپاری خدمات نگهداری و تعمیرات با استفاده از رویکرد فازی در دانشگاه سمنان، طی بازه زمانی مهر تا آذر سال 1398 می‌پردازد. لذا این تحقیق با مطالعه ادبیات تحقیقات مختلف 6 عامل اصلی و 39 عامل فرعی برای عوامل کلیدی موفقیت فعالیت‌های برون‌سپاری خدمات نت دانشگاه سمنان شناسایی نمود. جامعه آماری تحقیق شامل تمامی مدیران حوزه معاونت فنی و عمرانی و معاونت مالی و اداری دانشگاه سمنان می‌باشد و نمونه‌ها بصورت قضاوتی هدفمند و در دسترس انتخاب گردیده‌اند. جهت تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها از روش آزمون فرضیه، ahp فازی و aras فازی استفاده شده و نتایج پژوهش نشان داد مهم‌ترین عوامل کلیدی موفقیت به ترتیب عبارتند از؛ مشارکت و حمایت از طرف مدیران ارشد، وجود برنامه ارتباطات موثر، واضح و شفاف، وجود یک تیم ویژه و آموزش دیده برای اجرای برون‌سپاری، قابلیت مدیریت تغییر، وجود نیروی کار متخصص، مهندسی مجدد فرآیندها، پایداری جو سیاسی، در دسترس بودن برای اشتراک‌گذاری دانش، شایستگی‌ها و نوآوری‌ها.

Ranking of the key success factors of outsourcing activities of universities maintenance and repair services using the Fuzzy approach (Case: Semnan University)

Outsourcing, if done right, has numerous benefits for the organization, and if the principles of outsourcing are not properly observed and hasty decisions are made, irreparable damages will follow.This research identification and prioritization of the key factors for the success of outsourcing maintenance and repair services using the Fuzzy approach in Semnan University, during the period of October to December 2019. Therefore, this study identified 6 main factors and 39 subfactors for key success factors of outsourcing activities of semnan university net services by studying different research literature. The statistical population of the study includes all managers in the field of technical and civil engineering and financial and administrative vice chancellor of Semnan University and the samples have been selected as a purposeful and accessible judgment. Hypothesis test, fuzzy AHP and fuzzy ARAS were used to analyse the data and the results showed that the most important key success factors are: participation and support from senior managers, existence of effective clear and transparent communication program, existence of a special and trained team to perform outsourcing, ability to manage change, existence of specialized workforce, process reengineering, stability of political climate, availability to share knowledge, competencies and innovations.based economy and also its strategic position in the innovation ecosystem, has been studied
