بررسی و شناسایی چالش های ارتباط بین صنعت و دانشگاه

هر جامعه ای برای نیل به اهداف توسعه حقیقی و پایدار نیازمند تعامل و کنش مداوم دو نهاد علمی و فنی است که در قالب دانشگاه و صنعت شکل می گیرد. با توجه به روابط ارگانیک این دو نهاد که یک سیستم واحد را تشکیل می دهند نقض در هرکدام، باعث نقض در کل سیستم می شود. پژوهش حاضر سعی دارد تا با رویکردی تفسیر گرایانه چالش ها و موانع ارتباط بین صنعت و دانشگاه را از نگاه مدیران صنایع و اساتید دانشگاه شناسایی کند. رویکرد پژوهشی به کاربرد شده از نوع روش شناسی کیفی می باشد و از روش مردم نگاری برای انجام عملیات تحقیق استفاده شده است. داده های این پژوهش با استفاده از روش مشاهده مشارکتی، تکنیک مصاحبه نیمه ساختار و تحلیل اسناد جمع آوری شده و سپس با استفاده از تکنیک مثلثسازی ترکیب شده اند. روش نمونه گیری مورد استفاده در این پژوهش از نوع نمونه گیری کیفی هدفمند است و با استفاده از شاخص اشباع نظری تعداد 15 نفر از اساتید دانشگاه و 10 نفر از مدیران صنایع به عنوان نمونه پژوهش مورد مصاحبه قرار گرفتند. نگرش و دیدگاه آنها نسبت به چالش ها و موانع برقراری ارتباط بین صنعت و دانشگاه مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. یافتههای اصلی این پژوهش با استفاده از نظریه زمینه ای شامل مقولاتی همچون ضعف در بستر سازی و حمایت، ضعف دانشی و مهارتی، فقدان سیستم مدیریتی کارآمد، بی میلی در برقراری ارتباط، فقدان فرهنگ و باور مناسب، انعطاف ناپذیری ساختار ها و فرایند ها، ناتوانی در شبکه سازی می باشند. طبق نتیجه تحقیق می توان تمامی این مقولات را زیر مقوله چالش ارتباط صنعت و دانشگاه قرار داد.

Investigate and identify the challenges of the relationship between industry and academia

In order to achieve the goals of real and sustainable development, every society needs the interaction and continuous action of two scientific and technical institutions that are formed in the form of universities and industry. Due to the organic relations of these two institutions that form a single system, a violation in each of them causes a violation in the whole system. The present study tries to identify the challenges and barriers of the relationship between industry and academia from the perspective of industry managers and university professors with an interpretive approach. The research approach used is qualitative methodology and ethnographic method has been used to conduct research operations. The data of this study were collected using participatory observation, semistructured interview technique and document analysis and then combined using triangulation technique. The sampling method used in this study is qualitativepurposeful sampling and using the theoretical saturation index, 15 university professors and 10 industry managers were interviewed as a research sample. Their attitudes and views on the challenges and barriers to communication between industry and academia were examined. The main findings of this study using contextual theory include categories such as weakness in context and support, lack of knowledge and skills, lack of efficient management system, reluctance to communicate, lack of appropriate culture and beliefs, inflexibility of structure.
