ارزیابی سطح مدیریت دانش در دانشگاه افسری امام علی(ع)

ارزیابی سطح مدیریت دانش، برای سازمان‌های دانشی نظیر دانشگاه‌ها و به‌خصوص دانشگاه افسری امام علی(ع) به مثابه بازوی توانمند علمی و مرکز آموزش عالی نیروی زمینی ارتش جمهوری اسلامی از اهمیت بالایی برخوردار است؛ لذا تحقیق حاضر با استفاده از شیوه توصیفی و پیمایشی، به کمک پرسشنامه محقق ساخته، در صدد ارزیابی سطح مدیریت دانش در دانشگاه افسری امام علی(ع) است. روایی ابزار تحقیق با استفاده از نظرهای استادان مجرب و صاحب‌نظر در مدیریت دانش و پایایی آن نیز با استفاده از ضریب آلفای کرونباخ (0.91=α) مورد تایید قرار گرفت. داده‌های به دست آمده از طریق آماره‌های توصیفی و استنباطی میانگین یک جامعه و فریدمن تجزیه و تحلیل شد. یافته‌ها حاکی از آن است که دانشگاه افسری امام علی(ع) در هیچ‌کدام از ابعاد مدیریت دانش دارای وضعیت ایده‌آلی نیست و به طور نسبی در بین ابعاد مدیریت دانش، به‌کارگیری دانش بهترین وضعیت را به خود اختصاص داده است و تشخیص، اشتراک، تحصیل، توسعه و نگهداری دانش به ترتیب در رتبه‌های بعدی قرار دارند.

The Assessment of Knowledge Management Level at Imam Ali Military University

Assessment of knowledge management level is identified as scientific capabilities of educational organizations including universities specially Imam Ali military university and this phenomenon is of crucial significance for higher education centers affiliated to the Iranian army ground force. As an applied and descriptive field study and also in an attempt to assess the knowledge management level of Imam Ali military university, the study used a researchermade questionnaire to collect the required data and its validity was assured via expert consultation while the reliability was estimated using Cronbach Alpha method releasing 91%. Moreover, both descriptive and inferential statistics including one sample t test and Friedman test were also run in this study. The findings of the questionnaire and expert consultation revealed that in terms of knowledge management dimensions, situation of Imam Ali military university is not acceptable and is far from an ideal situation. Additionally, among KM dimensions and components, the utilization of knowledge enjoyed the significance and stood at top of ranking while the other components were ranked orderly including knowledge assessment, knowledge sharing, knowledge getting, improving and expanding the knowledge as well as maintaining the knowledge.
