ارزشیابی اثربخشی دوره آموزش عالی رسته‌ای نهاجا

با توجه به هزینه‌های زیادی که صرف دوره‌های آموزش عالی رسته‌ای می‌شود؛ این پژوهش به دنبال ارزشیابی اثربخشی این دوره‌ها و ارائه پیشنهادهایی کاربردی برای بهبود و افزایش اثربخشی آن است. این تحقیق از نظر هدف از نوع تحقیقات کاربردی و از نظر روش توصیفی پیمایشی است. داده‌های لازم با استفاده از پرسشنامه گردآوری و برای تحلیل اطلاعات از آزمون‌های تی تک‌نمونه‌ای، تی برای دو نمونه مستقل، تحلیل واریانس تک‌عاملی، دوجمله‌ای، من ویانی، کروسکال والیس و فریدمن استفاده گردیده است. جامعه آماری تحقیق 339 نفر از دانشجویان، مدرسان، مسئولان اجرایی و سرپرستان دوره مرکز آموزش عالی رسته‌ای اصفهان و دانشگاه هوایی شهید ستاری می‌باشند که به‌صورت تصادفی طبقه‌ای انتخاب شدند. نتایج تحلیل حاکی از آن است که واکنش‌ها و یادگیری پس از طی دوره آموزش عالی رسته‌ای پایین‌تر از میانگین مورد نظر است و تفاوت معنی‌داری در تغییر رفتار کارآموزان پس از طی دوره آموزش عالی رسته‌ای وجود ندارد و اثربخشی دوره آموزش عالی رسته‌ای در حد متوسط ارزیابی می‌گردد و اجرای این دوره برای سازمان مفید است.

The Evaluation of the Efficiency of Advanced BranchBased Military Courses in the Air Force of the Army of Islamic Republic of Iran

Given the crucial place of huge expenditure on advanced branchedbased military courses in military organizations, this study was an attempt to evaluate the efficiency of advanced branch based military courses in the air force of the army of Islamic Republic of Iran. In a bid to enhance the effectiveness of these courses, some practical suggestions are also made in this study. As an applied and descriptive field study, this study was conducted through engaging sample population of 339 university professors, students and commanders affiliated to the Esfahan advanced branch based military training centers and also Shahid Sattari university of Iranian army who were selected based on simple random sampling. This study was also run through administering a questionnaire among statistical population. To analyze the data, the statistical analysis including variance analysis, one way Anowa, one sample t test, independent t test, MannWhitney U, KruskalWallis H and Friedman test were also run in this study. The findings revealed that in terms of effectiveness of advanced branchbased military courses, all trainings, learning and reactions proved less than expected level and the obtained results are not significant in theses courses. Finally, the advanced branchbased military courses were evaluated moderate in terms of efficiency and effectiveness and implementation of these courses are highly beneficial to military organizations.
