چگونگی اصلاح الگوی مصرف در حوزۀ اداری جهت پیاده‌سازی اقتصاد مقاومتی در دانشگاه افسری امام علی(ع)

یکی از راهبردهایی که علاوه بر آنکه راه‌های آسیب‌رسان به اقتصاد ملی را مسدود می‌کند، و از طرفی با تهاجمی کردن اقتصاد به جای تدافعی بودن آن، باعث بهبود شاخص فضای کسب‌وکار و کارآمدی نظام اقتصادی کشور در شرایط تحریم و غیر آن می‌شود، اقتصاد مقاومتی است؛ به طوری که بر اساس آن می‌توان نقشه‌ای جامع و علمی در مدیریت منابع مالی و انسانی تنظیم نمود. یکی از راه‌های اجرایی نمودن این راهبرد، اصلاح الگوی مصرف یا به عبارتی تغییر روش استفاده از منابع مالی به سمت مصرف بهینه است. هدف از انجام این پژوهش، شناسایی و تعیین راه‌های اصلاح الگوی مصرف در حوزه اداری در جهت پیاده‌سازی اقتصاد مقاومتی در دانشگاه افسری امام علی‌(ع) است. روش کار پژوهش به صورت پیمایشی و با استفاده از قالب تحلیل آمیخته (کیفی و کمی) بوده و جامعۀ آماری آن تعداد 80 نفر تمام شمار از کارکنان متخصص، صاحب‌نظر و باتجربه در حوزه‌های مختلف دانشگاه می‌باشد که با استفاده از توزیع پرسشنامه و انجام مصاحبه، یافته‌های پژوهش مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفته است و با ترکیب شاخص‌ها و نتایج حاصل از تجزیه و تحلیل کمی و کیفی، 16 راهکار اصلاح الگوی مصرف مشخص و اولویت‌بندی شده و پیشنهادهای لازم ارائه گردیده است. نتایج حاکی از آن است که اصلاح الگوی مصرف در حوزه اداری بر اساس راهکارهای به دست آمده، در پیاده‌سازی اقتصاد مقاومتی تاثیر مستقیم دارد

Ways of Making Improvements to Consumption Model of Administrative Affairs for Implementing Resistive Economy at Imam Ali Military University

Resistive economy is identified as an offensive economic measure against severe damage to the national economy caused by foreign sanctions and is also aimed at improving the economic indicators as well as making attempts to pull the economy out of sanction and recession. Resistive economy is also taken as the means of implementing academic and comprehensive plan for financial and human resources management. Moreover, making improvements to consumption model not only could lead to the implementation of resistive economy but also could optimize the consumption model through improving the use of available financial resources. This study was an attempt to identify the different ways of making improvements to consumption model in administrative affairs for implementing resistive economy at Imam Ali military university. As a field study and mixed method including both qualitative and quantitative methods, the study was conducted through engaging the statistical population of 80 skilful and experienced staff and experts affiliated to the different departments of Imam Ali military university. To collect the research required data and for data collection and analysis, a questionnaire was administered among statistical population. Thereupon, 16 components of improvements in consumption model were emerged and then prioritized as a result of qualitative and quantitative data analysis. The findings revealed that making improvements to consumption model for administrative affaires have a direct effect on implementing resistive economy at Imam Ali military university.
