شناسایی پیشران‌های صنایع دفاعی جمهوری اسلامی ایران با رویکرد مواجه پیش‌دستانه با تهدیدهای منطقه‌ای و فرامنطقه‌ایی در افق 1407

صنعت دفاعی کشور، امروز به الگویی عینی و کاربردی برای سایر صنایع کشور تبدیل شده و این صنعت متناسب با مدل و ساختار، نقش حیاتی به‌عنوان راهبردی‌ترین صنایع کشور ایفا می‌کند. از این رو پژوهش حاضر با هدف شناسایی پیشران‌های دفاعی ج.ا ایران که نقشی اساسی در مواجه پیش‌دستانه در افق 1407 در برابر تهدیدهای منطقه‌ای و فرامنطقه‌ایی خواهد داشت، انجام شده است. نوع تحقیق کاربردی و از حیث ماهیت و روش، توصیفی اکتشافی است که با رویکرد آمیخته صورت پذیرفته است. روش انتخاب جامعه آماری به‌صورت هدفمند و نمونه‌گیری به‌صورت تمام‌شمار، شامل 43 نفر از اساتید دانشگاه‌های نیروهای مسلح و فرماندهان نظامی با حداقل 5 سال سابقه خدمت در مشاغل راهبردی است. شیوه گردآوری اطلاعات با انجام مطالعات کتابخانه‌ای علمی و تخصصی، بهره‌گیری از روش‌های ذهن‌انگیزی و مصاحبه با خبرگان بود. در مرحله نخست کار 36 پیشران شناسایی شد که با نظر جامعه نمونه 18 پیشران مهم و اثرگذار تفکیک و جهت درج در ماتریس تحلیل اثر متقابل و نرم‌افزار micmac انتخاب شدند. در نهایت با توجه به نظر خبرگان شش پیشران نوآوری‌های بنیادین فناورانه، قراردادهای خرید تسلیحات نظامی، منابع مالی و انسانی، بازتولید فناوری‌ها دفاعی و نظامی، تعاملات بین‌المللی کشورهای منطقه و انحصار فناورانه ابرقدرت‌ها به‌عنوان اثرگذارترین پیشران‌ها شناسایی شدند.

identifying the drivers of defense industries of the islamic republic of iran with the approach of preemptively facing regional and extra-regional threats in the horizon of 2029

today, the defense industry of the country has become an objective and practical model for other industries of the country, and this industry plays a vital role as the most strategic industries of the country according to its model and structure. therefore, the current research was conducted with the aim of identifying the defense drivers of the islamic republic of iran, which will play a major role in the pre-emptive confrontation in the horizon of 2029. the type of applied research, in terms of nature and method, is an exploratory description that has been carried out with a mixed approach. the method of selecting the statistical population in a purposeful way and sampling in the form of full population includes 43 professors of armed forces universities and military commanders with at least 5 years of service experience in strategic jobs. the method of collecting information was by conducting scientific and specialized library studies, using brainstorming methods and interviewing experts. in the first stage of the work, 36 drivers were identified, and with the opinion of the sample community, 18 important and effective drivers were separated and recorded in the interaction analysis matrix and micmac software. finally, according to the experts’ opinion, six drivers of fundamental technological innovations, contracts for the purchase of military weapons, financial and human resources, reproduction of defense and military technologies, international interactions of the countries of the region, and technology monopoly of the superpowers were identified as the most effective drivers.
