کاربست نظریه گاردنر در بهبود تعیین رسته دانشجویان دانشگاه افسری امام علی‌ (ع)

دانشگاه‌ افسری امام علی (ع) به‌عنوان مرکز تعلیم و تربیت افسرانی که فرماندهان و مسئولان ارتش جمهوری اسلامی ایران را تشکیل می‌دهد، تعیین رسته متناسب این دانشجویان در رسته‌ تخصصی می‌تواند نیروهای متخصص‌تری تربیت و اهداف سازمان را تامین کند. ازاین‌رو هدف از این تحقیق تعیین اولویت انواع هوش در انتخاب رسته دانشجویان دانشگاه افسری امام علی (ع) است. تحقیق ازنظر هدف کاربردی و از تکنیک سلسله مراتبی استفاده شد. بر این اساس ابتدا هوش‌های تاثیرگذار بر انتخاب رسته دانشجویان بررسی و به روش نمونه‌گیری هدفمند در دسترس تعداد 7 خبره شناسایی و طی 2 جلسه نشست تخصصی با تشکیل ماتریس تقاطعی برای رسته‌های رزمی، پشتیبانی رزمی و پشتیبانی خدمات رزمی با معیار هوش‌های 8 گانه گاردنر اولویت هر هوش برای هر رسته در دانشجویان تعیین و میزان نرخ ناسازگاری ماتریس معیارها (روایی و پایایی) از تقاطع ماتریس اولویت هوش‌های گاردنر برای رسته‌های رزمی 0.033؛ رسته‌های پشتیبانی رزمی 0.073 و رسته‌های پشتیبانی خدمات رزمی 0.029 به دست آمد که کمتر از حد استاندارد ساعتی (0.1) بوده و اولویت‌های به‌دست‌آمده از این ماتریس قابل‌قبول هستند. نتایج پژوهش حاضر به‌عنوان یکی از عوامل در فرایند تعیین رسته دانشجویان دانشگاه‌ افسری امام علی (ع) ارتش جمهوری اسلامی ایران در جهت تصمیم‌گیری دقیق‌تر برای تصمیم‌سازان و تصمیم‌گیران کاربرد دارد.

the application of gardner’s theory in improving the military branch of students of imam ali university

imam ali (as) officers’ university, as an officer education and training center that forms the commanders and officials of the islamic republic of iran army, determining the appropriate ranks of these students in the specialized ranks can provide more specialized training forces and the goals of the organization. therefore, the purpose of this research is to determine the priority of types of intelligence in the selection of students of imam ali university (as). the research was applied in terms of purpose and hierarchical technique was used. based on this, firstly, the intelligences influencing the choice of the students’ ranks were investigated and 7 experts were identified by targeted sampling method, and during 2 expert meetings, an intersection matrix was formed for combat ranks, combat support, and combat service support with gardner’s 8 priority intelligence criteria. each intelligence for each rank in students and the rate of inconsistency of the criteria matrix (validity and reliability) from the intersection of gardner’s intelligence priority matrix for combat ranks is 0.033; the ranks of combat support were 0.073 and the ranks of combat service support were 0.029, which are less than the hourly standard (0.1) and the priorities obtained from this matrix are acceptable. the results of the present research are used as one of the factors in the process of determining the rank of students of imam ali (as) officer university of the islamic republic of iran army in order to make more accurate decisions for decision-makers.
