الزامات و پیامدهای ارتقاء توانمندی فن‌آورانه در حوزه دفاعی مبتنی بر اندیشه مقام معظم رهبری (مدظله‌العالی)

پژوهش حاضر باهدف شناسایی الزامات و پیامدهای ارتقاء توانمندی فن‌آورانه در بخش دفاعی انجام شده است. به‌منظور شناسایی الزامات و پیامدهای پیشرفت علم و فناوری، بیانات مقام معظم رهبری از اسفندماه سال 1400 تا پایان سال 1402 که در پایگاه اطلاع‌رسانی دفتر مقام معظم رهبری انتشاریافته است به‌عنوان جامعه تحقیق در نظر گرفته‌شده است. تحقیق حاضر کاربردی، تبیینی و کیفی است و داده ها با استفاده از تحلیل مضمون و به کمک نرم‌افزار مکس کیودا مورد تحلیل قرار گرفته است. یافته‌های تحقیق حاکی از شناسایی 2 مضمون فراگیر، 18 مضمون سازمان دهنده و 53 مضمون پایه است. بنا بر یافته های پژوهش تعاملات سازنده نیروهای مسلح با مراکز علمی و حوزوی، تمرکز بر علوم نافع، جوان گرایی، تمرکز بر علومِ کاربردی، جهاد علمی، اصلاح فرآیندها و علم محوری در حوزه دفاعی و مدیریت استعداد، ایجاد کرسی های اندیشه ورزی، آسیب‌شناسی اقدامات گذشته، متناسب سازی ساختار و تقویت امید به آینده در نیروهای مسلح به‌عنوان الزامات ارتقاء توانمندی فن‌آورانه در حوزه دفاعی؛ و ارتقا سطح علوم دفاعی، ارتقاء توانمندی های دفاعی، حفظ هویت ایرانی اسلامی، ایجاد امنیت درون‌زا، ایجاد اقتدار ملی و ارتقاء رضایتمندی عمومی به‌عنوان پیامدهای ارتقاء توانمندی فن‌آورانه در بخش دفاعی مبتنی بر اندیشه های مقام معظم رهبری (مدظله‌العالی) شناسایی گردیدند..

identifying the requirements and outcomes of improving technological capability in the defense field based on the thought of the supreme leader(long life)

the current research aim is to identifying the requirements and outcomes of improving technological capability in the defense field. for this purpose, the supreme leader’s statements from from esfand 1400 to the end of 1401 that published in the khamenei.ir are considered as research community and have been analyzed. the data has been analyzed using thematic analysis and maxqda software. the research findings include identification of two overarching themes, 18 organizing themes and 53 basic themes. according to the research findings constructive interactions of the armed forces with academic and seminary centers; focusing on useful sciences, youthism, focusing on applied sciences, scientificall jihad, reforming processes and science-oriented in the defense field and talent management, creating think tanks, pathology of past actions, adapting the structure and strengthening hope for the future in armed forces are finding as the requirements for improving the technological capability; and improving the level of defense sciences and defense capabilities, preserving iranian islamic identity, creating endogenous security and national authority and improving public satisfaction are finding as outcomes of improving the technological capability in the defense field.
