شناسایی عوامل و مولفه های موثر بر توانمند سازی منابع انسانی در نیروی زمینی ارتش جمهوری اسلامی ایران با تاکید بر منویات امام خامنه ای(مدظله العالی)

در حال حاضر سازمانها با توجه به چالش های محیطی و تنوع فناورانه بیش از گذشته نیاز به توانمندسازی منابع انسانی دارند تا بتوانند امکان رقابت در محیط های رقابتی را پیدا کرده و از غافلگیری راهبردی جلوگیری نمایند. تحقیق حاضر با هدف شناسایی عوامل و مولفه های موثر بر توانمند سازی سرمایه انسانی از نظر مقام معظم رهبری امام خامنه ای(مدظله العالی) بوده است. نوع تحقیق کاربردی و روش آن کیفی مبتنی بر نظریه پردازی داده بنیاد (گراندد تئوری) است. جمع آوری اطلاعات در این تحقیق به شیوه کتابخانه ای و مطالعه اسناد بود. به این صورت که بیانات رهبر معظم انقلاب اسلامی از سالهای 1368 تا ١٣٩٤ جمع آوری و سپس با فن تحلیل محتوا و گفتمان و با استفاده از نرم افزار مکس کیو دی10مورد بررسی و تحلیل قرار گرفت. بر اساس نتایج در پاسخ به سوالات تحقیق ضمن تحلیل بیانات، گزاره های مرتبط با موضوع را شناسایی، استخراج، دسته بندی و بررسی شد و نتایج را که شامل اصول توانمند سازی، فرآیند توانمند سازی و نتایج توانمند سازی است از دیدگاه مقام معظم رهبری (مدظله العالی) به همراه الگوی ارزیابی عملکرد منابع انسانی ارائه گردید.

currently, according to environmental challenges and technological diversity, organizations need to empower human resources more than in the past in order to find the possibility of competing in competitive environments and avoid strategic surprises. the purpose of this research was to identify the factors and components affecting the empowerment of human capital from the perspective of supreme leader imam khamenei. the type of applied research and its qualitative method is based on grounded theory and the collection of information in this research was in the library method and document study. in this way, the statements of the supreme leader of the islamic revolution were collected from 1368 to 1394 and then analyzed with content and discourse analysis techniques and using maxqd10 software. based on the results in response to the research questions while analyzing the statements, propositions related to the subject were identified, extracted, categorized and reviewed and the results which include the principles of empowerment, the process of empowerment and the results of empowerment from the perspective of the supreme leader ( madzaleh al-ali) was presented along with the human resources performance evaluation model.
