جُستاری تحلیلی پیرامون ویژگی‌های شخصیتی و رفتاری فرماندهان و مدیران نظامی در آموزه‌های قرآن کریم و نهج البلاغه

در آموزه‌های دینی، در خصوص شخصیت و نوع عملکرد مدیران نظامی؛ شاخصه‌هایی مطرح‌شده که شناسایی و تحلیل آن‌ها جهت کمک به فرایند انتخاب و مدیریت نیروهای نظامی اهمیت فراوانی دارد. ازاین‌رو هدف پژوهش حاضر این است که با معرفی و تبیین دقیق این شاخصه‌ها، گامی در راستای گزینش مدیران نظامی شایسته و همچنین مدیریت اسلامی آنان بر زیردستان، بردارد. این پژوهش در دو مرحله انجام‌شده؛ مرحله اول تحقیق به روش تحلیل محتوا؛ و مرحله دوم به روش توصیفی- تفسیری انجام‌گرفته است.جامعه آماری تحقیق، قرآن کریم و نهج‌البلاغه می‌باشد که گزارهای مربوط به موضوع شناسایی، و برای روایی و پایایی تحقیق، از ضریب توافق بین کدگذاران و چند سویه سازی منابع استفاده گردید.نتایج حاصل از بررسی و تحلیل داده‌ها بیانگر آن است که مهم‌ترین ویژگی‌های یک مدیر نظامی شایسته در این دو منبع مهم دینی، در دو مقوله؛ شخصیتی شامل: تعهّد، قدرت علمی و جسمی، بصیرت، صبر، عالِم به مواضع حق، خیرخواهی، پاک‌دلی، قدرت فهم حکم خدا و رسول (ص)؛ و رفتاری، شامل: امانت‌داری، حفظ تقوا و پرهیز از بغی و تعدی، مواسات با زیردستان، تشویق بجای زیردستان، دوری از سستی و لغزش و پرهیز از کندی و عجله با توجه به موقعیت، مخالفت با هوای نفس و دفاع عملی از دین و شعائر دینی قابلیت طبقه‌بندی دارد. با تحقّق این دو مقوله، یک مدیر نظامی از منظر منابع دینی مقبولیت دارد.

analytical research on the personality and behavioral characteristics of commanders and military managers in the teachings of the holy quran and nahj al-balagha

in religious teachings, regarding the character and performance of military leaders; indicators have been proposed, whose identification and analysis are very important to help the selection and management process of military forces. the aim of the present research is to take a step towards the selection of competent military managers and islamic management of their subordinates by introducing and explaining these characteristics. this research is applied in two phases; the first phase of research using content analysis method; and the second phase has been done in a descriptive-interpretive way.the statistical population of the research is the holy qur’an and nahj al-balaghah, which were examined in full, and for the validity and reliability of the research, the coefficient of agreement between the coders, and the multi-strain of the sources were used.the results of the data review and analysis show that the most important characteristics of a competent military manager in these two important religious sources, in two categories; a personality including: commitment, scientific and physical strength, insight, patience, knowledge of the truth, benevolence, purity of heart, the ability to understand the ruling of god and the messenger (pbuh) and behavior, including: trustworthiness, maintaining piety and avoiding rebellion and trespassing, equating with subordinates, encouraging subordinates properly and accurately, avoiding laxity and slippage and avoiding slowness and haste according to the situation, opposing ego and practical defense it can be classified by religion and religious rituals. by achieving these two categories, a military manager is acceptable from the point of …
