ارائه راهبردهای برنامه‌ریزی شهر ایمن از منظر پدافند غیرعامل: مطالعه موردی: شهرک مسکونی امید

زمینه و هدف: یکی از جنبه‌های مهم توسعه شهری، توجه به کیفیت و کمیت آسیب‌پذیری شهر در برابر آسیب‌های ناشی از حملات نظامی است و در یک شهر خوب و ایمن به کارگیری اصول پدافند غیرعامل، نقش مهمی را ایفا می‌کند. روش:تحقیق حاضر به لحاظ روش، توصیفی – تحلیلی و به لحاظ هدف، کاربردی است. مطالعات کتابخانه‌ای و اسنادی و همچنین برداشت‌های میدانی، روش‌های گردآوری اطلاعات این تحقیق بوده و ابزار گردآوری اطلاعات شامل مشاهده، فیش‌برداری و پرسشنامه بوده است. جامعه آماری تحقیق کارشناسان و متخصصان در زمینه مسائل شهری، بوده که نمونه گیری از میان آنها به شیوه خوشه‌ای انجام شده و 30 نفر از میان آنها به عنوان حجم نمونه در نظر گرفته شده است. برای تحلیل داده‌ها از تکنیک سوات استفاده شده است. نتایج تحقیق نشانگر آن است که بر اساس مجموع امتیازات و خروجی تحلیل سوات در شهرک امید و ترسیم « نمودار مرتبط با آن، کشیدگی به طرف so است. بر همین اساس، بهره گیری از قوت ها، درصدد بهره برداری از » فرصت ها جهت برنامه ریزی شهر ایمن با رویکرد پدافند غیرعامل در شهرک امید، موفقیت آمیز خواهد بود. بنابرایناست. از بین راهبردهای » راهبرد تهاجمی « ، میتوان گفت که بهترین استراتژی و راهبرد برای تحقق این امر مهم تدوین شده، بالاترین جذابیت در برنامه ریزی شهر ایمن با رویکرد پدافند غیرعامل در شهرک امید مربوط بهبرنامه ریزی برای استفاده بهینه از آئین نامه های ایمنی در شهرداری منطقه چهار در شهرک امید و برنامه ریزی « مدون برای سنجش میزان مقاومت مصالح در ساخت بلوک های مسکونی شهرک بر اساس استانداردهای شهرداری با نمره جذابیت » منطقه چهار 39.072 است .
