شناسایی و بررسی عوامل موثر بر ارتقای مطلوبیت دوره تربیتی-آموزشی تکاور با نگرش بر نقش میانجی فعالیت‌های تربیت نظامی (مورد مطالعه: دانشجویان یک مرکز آموزشی نظامی)

امروزه با حرفه ای شدن ساختار ارتش های جهان، اهمیت شمار نیروهای وظیفه نظامی مثل سابق عامل و فاکتور چندان برجست های در محاسبه قدرت نظامی کشورها محسوب نمیشود؛ در این میان تکاوران افرادی هستند که برای انجام موفقیت آمیز ماموریت های نظامی خاص تربیت شده و باعث تمایز نیروهای مسلح کشورشان میشوند. از اینرو آسیب شناسی و ارتقاء کیفی دوره تربیتی-آموزشی تکاور از اهمیت ویژه ای برخوردار است.هدف تحقیق حاضر شناسایی و بررسی عوامل موثر بر ارتقای مطلوبیت دوره تربیتی-آموزشی تکاور با در نظر گرفتن نقش میانجی فعالیت‌های تربیت نظامی دانشجویان است. برای این منظور یک فرضیه اصلی و 16 فرضیه فرعی طراحی شد. این پژوهش از نظر هدف، کاربردی و از نظر روش، توصیفی-پیمایشی-مقطعی است که در آن از روش معادلات ساختاری اکتشافی استفاده شد. جامعه آماری شامل خبرگان علمی-نظامی (شامل استادان دوره مراپ تکاور و استادان و فرماندهان مرکز آموزشی نظامی موردمطالعه) هستند که 20 نفر از آنان به روش نمونه‌گیری هدفمند و روش دلفی و تا رسیدن به اشباع نظری انتخاب شدند. ابزار گردآوری داده‌ها شامل روش‌های مصاحبه ساختاریافته و پرسشنامه محقق‌ساخته مشتمل بر پنج بُعد، 15 عامل و 69 سنجه است. برای آزمون فرضیه‌های تحقیق از روش تحلیل عاملی تاییدی و نرم‌افزار pls استفاده شد. نتایج معیار‌های مدل اندازه‌گیری (معیار‌های قابلیت اطمینان سنجه، پایایی مدل اندازه‌گیری و واگرایی-همگرایی سازه‌های مدل به ترتیب با مقادیر 0.4، 0.87 و 0.5) و نیز معیارهای مدل ساختاری (معیارهای ضریب تعیین و تناسب پیش‌بینی مدل به ترتیب با مقادیر بزرگتر از 0.33 و بزرگتر از 0.15) حاکی از برازش مطلوب مدل پیشنهادی دارد. همچنین نتایج تحقیق، فرضیه اصلی و همه فرضیه‌های فرعی (بر اساس نتایجt-value ) را تایید کرد. بنابراین علاوه بر اینکه «کیفیت اجرای آموزش‌های تخصصی» بطور مستقیم، مثبت و معناداری بر «ارتقای مطلوبیت دوره تربیتی-آموزشی تکاور» تاثیر می‌گذارد؛ «کیفیت فعالیت‌های تربیت نظامی دانشجویان حاضر در دوره»، نیز نقش میانجیگری کامل در رابطه بین «کیفیت اجرای آموزش‌های تخصصی» با «ارتقای مطلوبیت دوره تربیتی-آموزشی تکاور» را ایفا می‌کند.

identifying and investigating the effective factors on improving the desirability of the training coursewith an attitude on the mediating role of military training activities

the purpose of the present research is to investigate the influential factors on improving the ranger’s desirability training course. for this purpose, the main hypothesis and 16 sub-hypotheses were designed. this research is applied in terms of purpose and in terms of survey and cross-sectional descriptive method. the study population consisted of scientific and military experts (including professors from the shiraz pedestrian center and the professors and commanders of the studied military training center), 20 of which were selected as a purposeful sampling method based on the delphi method. the data collection tool includes structured interview methods and a researcher-made questionnaire consisting of five dimensions, 15 factors, and 69 measures. for confirmatory factor analysis and pls software were used to analyze quantitative data. the results of the measurement models, the reliability, the indicator reliability, and average variance extracted (ave), and the structural models, such as r2 and q2 indicates that the model is well drawn. the research results show that the main hypothesis and all the sub-hypotheses of the research (based on the t-value results) were confirmed. in addition to the fact that the specialist skills-enhancing activities of the ranger have a positive and significant effect on improving the desirability of the training course for the students of the studied military training center; also, the educational activities of the students present in the course fully mediate the relationship between the specialized skills-enhancing activities of rangers by promoting the desirability of the ranger training course
