شناسایی و اولویت بندی راهبردهای بهبود فرآیندهای تربیتی و آموزشی در دانشگاه افسری امام علی‌(ع) با تمرکز بر تعاملات علمی- پژوهشی

این تحقیق، در راستای بهبود فرایندهای تربیتی و آموزشی در دانشگاه افسری امام علی(ع) با تمرکز بر هم‌افزایی و تعاملات علمی-پژوهشی و تدوین و الویت‌بندی راهبردهای موثر انجام شده است. این تحقیق از حیث هدف کاربردی و از لحاظ ماهیت و نحوه اجرا در گروه تحقیقات اقدام‌پژوهی قرار می‌گیرد. جامعه آماری پژوهش شامل خبرگان، اساتید و فرماندهان دانشگاه افسری امام علی(ع) بوده و جامعه آماری تحقیق تقریباً به تعداد 150 نفر می باشد که با توجه به اشباع نظری خبرگان، تعداد 30 نفر به عنوان تعداد نمونه آماری تحقیق لحاظ گردیده است.گردآوری داده‌ها از طریق توزیع پرسشنامة نیمه‌ساختار یافته صورت گرفته است و تحلیل و اولویت‌بندی داده‌ها به روش qspm و swot انجام شده است. با توجه به نتایج تحقیق موقعیت راهبردی دانشگاه در منطقه تهاجمی شناسایی گردیده است. بعد از احصاء راهبردها و اولویت‌بندی آنها، از طریق مصاحبه با خبرگان، راهبردهای کاربردی برای نیل به نقطه مطلوب در پنج گروه موضوعی دانش‌افزایی، تعامل و همکاری با مجامع علمی، بازنگری قوانین داخلی، روزآمدسازی تجهیزات و منابع و ایجاد کارگروه آموزشی و پژوهشی، تدوین و اولویت‌بندی شده است. براساس نتایج به‌دست‌آمده راهبرد «برگزاری دوره‌های کوتاه مدت دانش‌افزایی در رابطه با علوم و دانش‌های نوظهور و جدید» با امتیاز جذابیت 7.8511 و با اولویت اول شناسایی شده است.

identifying and prioritizing the improving strategies of the educational and training process in imam ali military university (focus on scientific-research interactions)

this study aims to improve the educational and training process in imam ali military university (iamu), focusing on scientific-research interaction and synergy; in addition, development and prioritization of effective strategies. in this applied-action research, 30 people were selected as the statistical population from among 150 experts, professors and commanders of iamu, according to the theoretical saturation. data collected through conducting semi-structured questionnaire; then, analyzed and prioritized using qspm and swot methods. findings reveal the strategic position of the university in the offensive area. after counting the strategies and prioritizing them; practical strategies desired in five thematic groups: knowledge enhancement; interaction and cooperation with scientific societies; revision of domestic laws; updating of equipment and resources; and creation of an educational and research teamwork. the results show that the strategy of &holding short-term knowledge-enhancing courses related to emerging and new sciences and knowledge& has been identified with an attractiveness score of 7.8511 and first priority.
