ارائه مدلی برای شناسایی و کاهش تعارضات نقش معلمان در محیط‌های یاد گیری چندفرهنگی

هدف تعارضات نقش معلمان در محیطهای یادگیری چندفرهنگی به دلیل تفاوتهای فرهنگی و انتظارات متناقض می تواند بر کیفیت تدریس تاثیر منفی بگذارد این پژوهش با هدف ارائه مدلی برای شناسایی و کاهش این تعارضات به شناسایی عوامل موثر و راهکارهای کاهش آنها میپردازد تا عملکرد معلمان در چنین محیط هایی بهبود یابد.روش این پژوهش از نظر روش آمیخته بخش کیفی سنتز پژوهی و تحلیل تم مصاحبه با خبرگان و بخش کمی آزمون معادلات ساختاری برای تناسب سنجی مدل بود در بخش کیفی سنتز پژوهشی 17 مقاله برای تعیین شاخصها شامل تمام مقالات و مستندات علمی مرتبط با پژوهش بعنوان ملاک از مراجع علمی چونgoogle scholar ، elsevier ،sciencedirect ، sid ، در بازه سالهای 2015 تا 2024 بررسی شد. در بخش مصاحبه و دست یافتن به اشباع نظری با 14 نفر از اساتید دانشگاهی شهر سنندج و خبرگان برنامه ریزی درسی چندفرهنگی مصاحبه شد، در بخش کمی نیز جهت اعتبار سنجی پرسشنامه در اختیار 115 نفر از معلمان قرار گرفت که روایی همگرا و واگرای آن به روش معادلات ساختاری و پایایی با آلفای کرونباخ تایید شد.یافته ها یافته ها نشان داد که تعداد 24 مفهوم اولیه در قالب 5 مفهوم یا مضمون اصلی از 17 مقاله از پیشینه تجربی شناسایی با توجه به نتایج مصاحبه 21 مولفه در قالب 3 عامل استخراج شد سپس عوامل استخراج شده از منابع کتابخانه ای جدول و نظرات اساتید و خبرگان به ترتیب مرتب و موارد تکراری و مشابه حذف شد و 38 مفهوم اولیه (شاخص 6 تم و مضمون اصلی آمادگی فرهنگی معلمان حمایت سازمانی توسعه برنامه های درسی چندفرهنگی، مدیریت تنوع فرهنگی در محیط ،آموزشی توسعه مهارتهای حل تعارض و آموزش و توانمندسازی) در قالب عوامل موثر در کاهش تعارضات نقش معلمان در محیطهای یادگیری چندفرهنگی شناسایی و تعیین شدند.نتیجه گیری بر اساس نتایج عوامل متعددی در کاهش تعارضات نقش معلمان در محیط های یادگیری چندفرهنگی تاثیر دارند به ویژه آمادگی فرهنگی معلمان به آنها کمک کند تا تفاوتهای فرهنگی دانش آموزان را بهتر درک و کننده در حالی که حمایت سازمانی از معلمان در ایجاد فضایی مناسب برای تعامل فرهنگی ضروری است. همچنین برنامه های درسی چندفرهنگی و مهارتهای حل تعارض میتوانند به کاهش تعارضات نقش در کلاسهایمدیریت چندفرهنگی کمک کنند.

the e-learning ecosystem in the university, an interpretation of the lived experiences of professors and students

objective: this study aims to provide a model to identify and reduce these conflicts, identify the effective factors and strategies to reduce them in order to improve teachers’ performance in such environments.method: this research was a mixed method study, with the qualitative part being a synthesis study and thematic analysis of interviews with experts, and the quantitative part being a structural equation model for model fit.findings: the findings showed that 24 initial concepts in the form of 5 main concepts or themes were identified from 17 articles from the empirical background. according to the interview results, 21 components were extracted in the form of 3 factors. then, finally, the factors extracted from library resources, tables, and opinions of professors and experts were arranged in order, and duplicates and similar items were eliminated. finally, 38 initial concepts (indices), 6 themes and main themes (cultural readiness of teachers, organizational support, development of multicultural curricula, management of cultural diversity in the educational environment, development of conflict resolution skills, and training and empowerment) were identified and determined as effective factors in reducing teacher role conflicts in multicultural learning environments.conclusion: based on the results, several factors have an effect on reducing teacher role conflicts in multicultural learning environments. these factors include cultural readiness of teachers, organizational support, development of multicultural curricula, management of cultural diversity, development of conflict resolution skills, and training and empowerment of teachers. in particular, teachers’ cultural preparation helps them better understand and manage students’ cultural differences.
