زیست بوم آموزش و یادگیری الکترونیکی در دانشگاه، خوانشی از تجارب زیسته اساتید و دانشجویان

هدف: هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی شرایط تحقق زیست بوم آموزش و یادگیری الکترونیکی در دانشگاه علامه طباطبائی بر اساس تجارب زیسته اساتید و دانشجویان دانشگاه از آموزش و یادگیری الکترونیکی استروش: روش تحقیق در این پژوهش کیفی از نوع داده بنیاد بود، که در ادامه با استفاده از مصاحبه با گروه کانونی، داده‌ها توسعه داده شد. قلمرو پژوهش حاضر اساتید و دانشجویان دانشگاه علامه بود که حداقل یک ترم آموزش مجازی را تجربه کرده باشند، روش نمونه‌گیری هدفمند بود . ابزار گردآوری دا‌ده‌ها مصاحبه بود، انجام مصاحبه تا دستیابی به اشباع نظری ادامه یافت. روش تحلیل داده‌ها از طریق کد‌گذاری باز، محوری و گزینشی انجام شد.یافته‏ها: از مهم‌ترین یافته‌های پژوهش می‌توان به عوامل موثر بر اکوسیستم آموزشی اشاره کرد که شامل سه دسته عوامل انسانی، آموزشی و زیرساختی است، که عوامل انسانی شامل عوامل مربوط به استاد(چالش‌های اولیه، طرح درس، دستیار استاد، ارزیابی عملکرد استاد، ارزیابی عملکرد دانشجو توسط استاد)، عوامل مربوط به دانشجو(ارزیابی وضعیت دانشجو در آغاز و موانع پیشروی دانشجویان) و عوامل مربوط به تعامل(تعامل در آموزش مجازی و تعامل استاد و دانشجو) است. عوامل آموزشی که شامل منابع آموزشی و کتابخانه دیجیتال است. در نهایت عوامل زیرساختی که شامل زیرساخت آموزشی و خدمات فنی و پشتیبانی است.نتیجه‏گیری: با توجه به یافته‌ها می‌توان نتیجه گرفت که تحقق زیست بوم آموزش و یادگیری الکترونیکی نیازمند برنامه‌ریزی مدون و داشتن برنامه برای بخش‌ها‌ و فرایندهای مختلف از دانشگاه در جهت تغییر اکوسیستم حاضر و تطبیق آن با نیازهای جدید است.

the e-learning ecosystem in the university, an interpretation of the lived experiences of professors and students

objective:the present study aims to explore the conditions for realizing an e-learning ecosystem at allameh tabataba’i university based on the lived experiences of professors and students with e-learning.methodology:the research method employed in this study is qualitative, specifically grounded theory, which was further enriched through focus group interviews. the study population consisted of professors and students who had experienced at least one semester of virtual education. a purposive sampling method was used, ensuring representation from various faculties, disciplines, and both genders among professors and students who had experienced e-learning. data collection was conducted through interviews, data analysis was performed using open, axial, and selective codingfindings:among the most significant findings of the study are the factors influencing the educational ecosystem, which are categorized into three groups: human factors, educational factors, and infrastructural factors. human factors include those related to professors (initial challenges, course design, teaching assistants, evaluation of professor performance, and evaluation of student performance by professors), factors related to students (assessment of student status at the beginning and obstacles faced by students), and factors related to interaction (interaction in virtual education and professor-student interaction). educational factors encompass educational resources and digital libraries. finally, infrastructural factors include educational infrastructure and technical and support servicesconclusion:based on the findings, it can be concluded that the realization of an e-learning ecosystem requires systematic planning and the development of programs for various university departments and processes to transform the current ecosystem and adapt it to new needs.
