بررسی کیفی چالش های رشتۀ راهنمایی و مشاوره (گرایش مشاوره) در دانشگاه فرهنگیان و نظام آموزش و پرورش مبتنی بر تجارب زیستۀ اساتید و دانشجومعلمان مشاوره

هدف: یکی از مهمترین نقش های حاضر در مدرسه، مشاور مدرسه است و نحوۀ آموزش مشاوران در دانشگاه فرهنگیان از اهمیت بالایی برخوردار است، هدف این پژوهش شناسایی چالش ها و مسائل رشتۀ مشاوره و راهنمایی مبتنی بر تجارب زیستۀ اساتید و دانشجومعلمان این رشته بود. روش این پژوهش به صورت کیفی و پدیدارشناسانه بود و با انجام مصاحبه های نیمه ساختار یافته صورت گرفت. شیوۀ نمونه گیری هدفمند بود و پس از مصاحبه با 10 دانشجومعلم و 10 استاد رشته مشاوره داده های پژوهش به حد اشباع رسید. داده ها با روش اشتراوس و کوربین کدگذاری شدند. یافته ها شامل 152 کد باز، 10 کد محوری، و 4 کد انتخابی بود که به عنوان چالش های اصلی رشتۀ مشاوره در نظام آموزش و پرورش و دانشگاه فرهنگیان، استخراج گردیدند. نتایج نشان داد که چالش های اصلی و اساسی رشته راهنمایی و مشاوره دردانشگاه فرهنگیان و نظام آموزش و پرورش عبارتند از چالش های فردی، چالش های دانشگاهی، چالش های سازمانی، و چالش های فرهنگی و بومی. چالش های فردی مسائلی است که دانشجومعلم رشتۀ مشاوره از نظر شخصیتی با آن روبروست. چالش های دانشگاهی مربوط به دروس و تئوری و عملی دانشجومعلمان است. نتیجه گیری: یافته های این پژوهش نشان می دهد که برنامه ریزی درسی رشته مشاوره در دانشگاه فرهنگیان خصوصا در مباحث کارورزی نیاز به اصلاح و بازنگری دارد. همچنین آموزش و پرورش برای تعیین هویت حرفه ای لازم برای این رشتۀ مهمو حیاتی نیاز به ایجاد ساختارهای سازمانی و فرهنگی متناسب در مدارس دارد.

exploration of the challenges in the guidance and counseling field (counseling specialization) at farhangian university and the education system based on the lived experiences of professors and student-teachaers

given that one of the most important roles in schools is that of the school counselor, and the training of counselors at farhangian university is of critical importance, the aim of this research was to identify the challenges and issues in the field of counseling and guidance based on the lived experiences of professors and teacher-students in this field. this research was conducted using a qualitative and phenomenological approach, employing semi-structured interviews. the sampling method was purposive, and after interviewing 10 counseling teacher-students and 10 professors, data saturation was achieved. the data were coded using strauss and corbin’s method. the findings included 152 open codes, 10 axial codes, and 4 selective codes, which were extracted as the main challenges of the counseling field in the educational system and at farhangian university. the results indicated that the key challenges in the field of guidance and counseling at farhangian university and within the educational system are individual challenges, academic challenges, organizational challenges, and cultural and local challenges. individual challenges refer to personal issues that counseling teacher-students face. academic challenges pertain to the theoretical and practical courses for teacher-students. organizational challenges are related to undefined or ambiguous structures within this field. finally, cultural and local challenges involve the attitudes of school staff and parents towards counseling services.
