آموزش سبز در نظام آموزش عالی ایران: تحلیل اسناد راهبردی آموزشی

هدف از آنجا که اداره امور مربوط به ،تدوین ،بازنگری تغییر و تصویب برنامه های درسی در آموزش عالی ایران از طیفی بین رویکرد متمرکز تا رویکرد نیمه متمرکز پیروی می کند از این رو فعالیت نظامهای آموزشی به ویژه نظام آموزش عالی در راستای مدیریت بحرانهای زیست محیطی از سیاستها و آرمانهای سطوح کلان و بالادستی تاثیر می پذیرد بر این اساس این پژوهش با هدف بررسی میزان توجه به اهداف و مفاهیم آموزش سبز در اسناد فرادستی اثر گذار بر آموزش عالی انجام شد.روش این پژوهش با بهره گیری از روش کیفی تحلیل اسنادی انجام شد در این روش، ابتدا مجموعه ای از کلیدواژه های مرتبط با آموزش سبز با استناد به پژوهشهای ،پیشین به عنوان معیار تحلیل انتخاب شدند. اسناد فرادستی مورد ،بررسی با استفاده از ابزارهایی نظیر فیش برداری چک لیست و فرمهای محقق ساخته کدگذاری شدند و میزان تطابق محتوای اسناد با مفاهیم آموزش سبز ارزیابی گردید. همچنین، برای افزایش پایایی ،پژوهش از تکنیک بررسی توسط چند محقق و محاسبه ضریب کاپای فلیس استفادهسپس شد.یافته ها: نتایج پژوهش حاضر نشان داد که مفاهیم آموزش سبز در اسناد فرادستی تا حد زیادی مورد توجه قرار گرفته است اما در سطوح خرد میزان توجه به این موارد کاهش می یابد به عبارت دیگر، توجه به آرمانها و اهداف آموزش سبز در سطوح عملیاتی کمرنگ تر میگردد. نتیجه گیری از این رو تاسیس و استقرار نهادی متشکل از متخصصان و صاحبنظران عرصه آموزش سبز به منظور تهیه و تدوین راهکارهای عملیاتی اجرای آرمانها و سیاستهای کلان در زمینه آموزش سبز ضروری به نظر میرسد.

green education in iran’s higher education system: analysis of strategic educational documents

since the administration of affairs related to compiling, revising, changing and approving curricula in iran’s higher education follows a spectrum between a centralized approach and a semi-centralized approach, hence the activity of the educational systems, especially the higher education system, in line with the management of environmental crises is influenced by the policies and ideals of macro and upstream levels. based on this, this research was conducted with the aim of investigating the amount of attention paid to the goals and concepts of green education in digital documents that have an effect on higher education, using the qualitative method of document analysis. in this research, four long-term, medium-term and short-term upstream documents of the country were examined using content analysis. the results of the present research indicate that the concepts of green education have been paid attention to to a great extent in the hand-held documents, but the amount of attention to these matters is reduced at micro levels. in other words, attention to the ideals and goals of green education at operational levels becomes less. therefore, the proposal of this research is to establish and establish an institution consisting of experts and experts in the field of green education in order to prepare and formulate operational strategies for the implementation of goals and policies in the field of green education.
