شناسایی چالش‌های مدارس عادی دولتی در راستای عدالت آموزشی و تربیتی

هدف: هدف پژوهش حاضر شناسایی چالش‏‌های کیفیت مدارس عادی دولتی در راستای عدالت آموزشی و تربیتی بود.روش: این پژوهش با رویکرد کیفی و روش مطالعه موردی انجام‌ شد. مشارکت‌کنندگان پژوهش، مدیران مدارس عادی دولتی مقطع متوسطه دوم شهر سمنان در سال تحصیلی 03-1402 بودند که 44 نفر طبق اصل اشباع نظری با روش نمونه‏‌گیری هدفمند انتخاب شدند. ابزار پژوهش مصاحبه نیمه ساختاریافته بود. داده‌های به‌دست‌آمده با استفاده از روش بازخورد مشارکت‌کننده اعتباریابی شدند و روایی داده‌ها با استفاده از معیار کیفیت (موثق بودن) سنجیده و مورد تایید قرار گرفت. داده‌ها با روش تحلیل مضمون تحلیل شدند.یافته‌‏ها: نتیجۀ تحلیل داده‌ها منجر به شناسایی 323 مضمون پایه، 27 مضمون سازمان‏‌دهنده در زمینه چالش‌‏های کیفیت مدارس عادی دولتی گردید. که در قالب 5 مضمون فراگیر به شرح 1. چالش سیاسی، 2. چالش مدیریتی، 3. چالش مالی، 4. چالش ساختاری، 5. چالش نیروی انسانی طبقه‌بندی شد.نتیجه‏‌گیری: نتایج پژوهش نشان داد که چالش‏‌های کیفیت مدارس عادی دولتی شناسایی‌شده در این پژوهش و راهکارهای ارائه‌شده می‏تواند گسترش برابری فرصت‏‌ها و عدالت آموزشی را به همراه داشته باشد.

objective: the purpose of the study was identifying the challenges of public normal schools based on educational and educational justice.methods: the current research was applied in terms of its purpose and qualitative in terms of how to collect data, which was done using thematic analysis. the research population included the principals of public schools of the second secondary level in semnan city in the academic year 2023-2024, and sampling was done using a purposive sampling non-probability method. data collection continued until theoretical data saturation and 44 semi-structured interviews were conducted.results: data coding was done manually and the result of data analysis led to the identification of 323 basic themes, 27 organizing themes in the field of challenges of public schools which were classified in the form of five global themes, including 1.political challenge, 2. administrative challenge, 3. financial challenge, 4. structural challenge, 5. manpower challenge.conclusion: the results of the study showed that the proposed solutions are effective for providing and expanding equal opportunities and educational justice.
